Charles was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, fast, and a pleasure to work with—exactly the kind of person you'd like to own a business. I had some nasty scratches on my watch and he fixed them in under ten minutes.

Hands down one of the best watch repair places I have ever been to. Polite staff, super quick service, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. Highly recommended!

Small Store - Big Service
Charles Patrick is knowledgeable jeweler and a very friendly person. Came in there for a simple fix on a strap and he turned it around in couple of hours. Do business with him, he has your best interests at hand.

I researched a few places in the area and based upon the previous review I chose this shop. I took one of my favorite pairs of earrings in to have the clasp fixed. It was a simple enough of a job but I knew that if I attempted to fix it myself that I would have made it worse. The repair look about 5 minutes and to my surprise he didnt even charge me. It was a very pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this place for customer service and quality of the repair.
