They charge for a doctor visit for every time you come in for shots even when it is two weeks apart. Almost 450.00 for puppy shots when the puppy already had her shots except for Rabies but they insist she needs more. I went two visits with two healthy dogs and paid over 650.00. Each time I spoke with someone I got a different answer. They wanted to do another round of shots(two weeks from last visit) that would have been another over 100.00 (40.00 for the visit and 50.00 for shots)but I went to a different vet and paid half that and got better care. I will not return to this vet and would not recommend
Late Saturday/early Sunday morning, I had to make the decision to euthanize my sweet Chloe girl rather than allow her to suffer any longer. Dr. Gardner was absolutely phenomenal through the entire procedure, he was so soothing and calming as I sobbed and said goodbye to my friend of the past decade. He spoke softly and gently as she transitioned from one life to the next and I faced my loss. I will forever thank him and the staff at Creekside for showing us sincere compassion and understanding on such a horrible night.
Last week we had our two basset hounds at the dog park in Hurst and a dog bit my dog's ear. We called our vet, Alliance Animal Care Center, who told us there would be a $69 work in fee and plan to be there for a while. We were very unhappy and decided to look for another vet.
We called Creekside and they were more than happy to help us! We were told to come right in and upon arrival, Hank was taken in to be seen. We received excellent care and were very happy with this experience. Creekside and Dr. Chong will be our place to go for everything our two basset hounds, Hank and Barney need in the future.
Thank you Dr. Chong and your staff for the warm and caring experience.

Very kind and friendly staff and doctors. They took excellent care of my sweet mini dachshund. She got hurt & I had no money and they still were so kind to clean & check the wound. Highly recommended 🌟
It's 4am. I'm here at CreekSide with my 5 year old dog. She is having some bad back pains. When I pulled up I was greeted by an energetic vet tech and was so kind and sensitive to my poor dogs condition. Moments later the vet came in and immediately started to examine my dog. Not only was he very kind he also explained everything he found with my dog in great detail in terms I would understand. He gave me options and his opinion and proceeded with my decision. I am very thankful this place was open 24 hours a day and high recommend anyone with pet needs to come here. They will see me again if/when my pup is injured again.
We had to bring our cat in at midnight on a Saturday. He had a tumor above his eye, he was bleeding, and they said his eye would need to be removed. We had never been here before and didn't no what to expect. He was taken back immediately and examined and Dr. Putnam explained everything he was going to do. Jessica sat with us and went over the costs and answered all of our questions. She never rushed us and she stayed calm and comforted us as we fell apart. I spoke to Dr. Putnam after the surgery and he was very kind and patient and answered all of my questions. We brought our baby home 2 days later and today he still has his stitches in but he is up and about like nothing happened. We are so grateful to everyone at Creekside and we will never take our babies anywhere else. Thank you
The people are very nice, friendly, and they seem very competent. I do not feel like I really know any of the vets. I think I get a different one each time. There are lots of techs and receptionists, so you never have to wait very long. Also, they have well-kept boarding facilities and they sell foods and chews. I do think this is a rather expensive place. It costs $20 to have my dog's nails trimmed. Of course, vet care is expensive, and other vets may charge about the same. I keep coming here, though, because they are so friendly and convenient to my home.
I have a border collie who over the past four years has been my constant and enduring companion. In January, she lacerated her leg on a tree branch bad enough that I could've stuck my thumb in it. I live in Nebraska and had a vet who was not my usual vet take care of it and her stitches wound up breaking loose. Dr. Fischer saw my girl while I was in Texas for a wedding and I could not have been happier with the job she did. She determined the wound was deep enough that if I did restitch she would need a drain. At the same time they also gave me more affordable options which I appreciated. We ended up going with the drain option and I was *so* happy they did blood work to determine her compatibility with the sedatives they gave her and they did monitoring on her. Everyone at this vet's office was incredibly helpful and caring. It absolutely shows the degree of southern hospitality they pay to both your animal and you. I had to pay roughly 720 dollars for this service but it was worth every penny. 3 months later and my girl is doing great, and I absolutely attribute it to the care she received from all members of staff. If I was in the area I would use them for every service my fur kids require. Might I add my border collie absolutely hates vets and they paid her the best care to make her not feel scared during her experience. I also really appreciated that after the sedation and procedures where completed I received an update from the vet and not just someone who was in the office. I really can't say enough about how happy I am with my experience with this office!!
My elderly boxer was ill last night at 1am and I found that Creekside was the closest 24 hour vet. I was very pleased with the care and level of professionalism that we received. Our boy is feeling much better now. We are so grateful to have found them. The entire staff was great. Thank you for helping me with our beloved boy.
We had to put our baby girl Maverick down a little after 3 AM Monday morning, December 26, 2016. She was almost 16. Dr. Gardner was fantastic and more caring than the place we had used all of her life. You could tell that he and his nurse cared for our pup and it broke their heart that we had to put her down. Dr. Gardner explained exactly what would happen and prayed over us and Maverick as she passed away. It was such a comfort. When we are ready to get another dog we will for sure use Creekside Pet Care Center. The place was more cozy and had a home feeling to it instead of a cold harsh place where your dog is just another number. I would highly recommend This clinic for anyone who loves their pet as much as we loved Maverick.
They were able to quickly see our dog on short notice. The staff were very friendly and caring to our pet.
We took our English bulldog Achilles here today because he had bladder stones making it impossible for him to urinateanyway these people were honest and up front they gave us several options to also accommodate our price limit the staff was great! Friendly, helpful, intelligent and not there to nickel and dime you they actually care about there customers and even more care for our big boy! They had him back home in a few hours! If we ever need a vet or anyone else is looking for a good place to bring you furry loved ones this is the place to go hands down! Thanks again y'all!
Love, love, love this place! Outstanding staff who truly care about my dog. We use the day care several times a week. My dog LOVES it here & usually doesn't want to go home! Can't say enough good things really. I tell everyone I know to take their pets here!
