Very personable Doctors. We drive all the way from 121 and Glade. They also saved our good little biscon after he was attacked by two German Shepherds. Saved his eye.

I took my new kitten, along with my service dog, and was so happy with everything, from start to finish. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable too.

Great vet , they really care for your animals. Very friendly and caring staff and techs. Very clean environment. They are a little higher priced but for your pets it's usually worth it.

I have been going to this veterinary clinic for years and have always been treated with care andan honestly compassion. My furbabies are the most important thing in my life and everyone from the front desk to the veterinarians takes to listen to my concerns.
I have had to say goodbye to two of my babies and the entire clinic provided each of my kitties and I everything we needed to make it peaceful and dignified. This is truly a special place.
As for the reviewers complaining about price, you get what you pay for. Caring for an animal is expensive. It's something you need to think about before you take in an animal. They need care that they depend on you to provide for them. I can honestly say that the vets at this clinic are thorough and care deeply about animals. I can only imagine their frustration when having to deal with obtuse and cheap pet owners.response / report this review -

I absolutely love this place!!! Came home yesterday and my sweet baby girl must have caught her nail on something because she was limping and then I saw the nail was facing a completely different direction it was supposed to!! We received EXCEPTIONAL customer service from the moment I called the clinic and spoke with Heather until the moment Sara (I think that was her name) followed us out to the car with an umbrella in the pouring rain!!!! This was the first time they met Lana and they loved on her so much!! I did not get the names of everyone that was working in the front but they were ALL amazing! Tracy was our nurse that brought Lana back to check her in and she was so nice and compassionate!! Dr Loveless came in and talked to me about what the procedure was for this and what to expect when we get home! He came back in when they were done and was just so personable and made sure we did not have any questions. I feel like they treated Lana as if she was their own family. I am beyond grateful for they care they gave my furbaby and blessed to know that Lana was cared for by such amazing people!

The best techs and reception ever.
The vet's are extremely nice, and they are all invested in their patients.
A very knowledgeable group, everyone there will do everything they can for your pet.

I have been going there for a year and so far have been happy with the service. One thing I would recommend them to improve is the wait time after your appointment. If you are giving the appointment for 9:00am, we would expect that time or may be 5-10 mins plus minus. Not half and hour to 45 mins. But overall good people.

Overpriced. Adopted a dog from the humane society and the first vet visit was supposed to be free, however, since my dog had a minor cough it immediately upped the cost to $56 and they tried to charge me over $500 for all these medications and tests. I ended up only getting antibiotics and one heart worm pill and it was $121. Basically paid $121 for them to tell me she had kennel cough which we already knew

The staff is the best. They have been so helpful and caring through everything from my new puppies needs and care, and the passing of my old dogs. They were incredibly compassionate. I wouldn't trust anyone else with the care of my dogs.

We've been taking our fur babies to Alliance since the day they opened. We went to their Basswood location before that. We now live in Trophy Club but make the long drive back to Alliance because we love the level of care we get here.
