I recently had to take my precious pet in for an illness, the staff was friendly, compassionate and attentive. Unfortunately my pet was very ill and I had to make the heartbreaking decision to let her go. The treatment we received was exceptional, non-judgmental, compassionate and professional. We also received a follow up sympathy card. Thank you to the team for taking care of my Xena. I will definitely recommend you and return with our other fur babies.

I researched for 2 days before deciding to go here. I'm glad I did. It was clean, everyone was nice and friendly. The techs all treated my dog very well. Dr Fuller spent a lot of time with me explaining things and answering all my questions. I felt very comfortable and at ease there.

Great staffsometimes the younger techs get things wrong, but they try and work hard. The vets are superb and caring. Great place to take your pets for attentive service.

Everyone was very nice and treated my buddy really well. I called and explained the situation, and they managed to see us right away. I think the time went into their lunch break as well. So I'm very thankful for the help and the meds. I would suggest this place for anyone.

My dog was pretty sick and needed to be seen right away. My normal vet in DeSoto didn't have any availability. I called Pet Medical Center and they were absolutely amazing. The receptionist was so kind and accommodating. She scheduled an appointment for the doctor to see my dog within hours of my call. She even allowed me to leave my dog there at the vet until my appointment. And it didn't stop there, Dr. Buss, Todd, and other veterinarian staff took time with my dog and cared for him. Dr. Buss discussed the diagnosis and her recommendation. She even had a computer screen in the exam room and reviewed each of the prescribed meds and related charges - wow! The next day my fur baby was feeling so much better. I would highly recommend Pet Medical Center to anyone looking for a great vet. Thank you again Pet Medical Center staff- you're the best!

I have gone to four different animal hospitals in DFW area since I got my first cat 2 years ago. Those hospitals were okay, but I didn't feel completely secure with them. I felt like they may be a good vet for dogs but not cats.
I finally found this place----- awesome!
The technicians were all caring and knew what they do. The staff members were like family. It was just heart-warming. The doctor,,, OMG she was the best I have ever experienced. She knew what my cat's problem was (I bet if I came to any of the hospitals I visited, my poor cat may suffer from the illness still now). The instruction and explanation were super clear. They followed all procedure, protocol and sent me home with well-treated cat.
My cat had to have surgery yesterday, and I was worried if she feels uncomfortable at home. But, once we got home (very same day of the surgery), she finished her can food and drank whole cup of water. Now she does not show any symptoms she had, and just acts like nothing happened.
Their fee is a bit higher than other places, but totally worth it! It is not over-priced. I was looking for cheap places, and all I received was cheap service. Here, at this hospital, I got the service way better than I paid for.
I strongly recommend this hospital!!!

I was very satisfied with the service from all the staff: personable, competent, and caring. They took as much time with me as needed, both on the phone and in the office, to listen, answer my questions, and to be sure I understood the potential charges for optional treatments. Based on my own experience only, I would recommend these folks.
