Find another law firm! Valerie at this place is rude and unprofessional. On 3 different occasions payments were drawn from my account incorrectly and without my notification. These people are all about money and the customer service is terrible. You can barely get someone on the phone, when you do, they place you on hold for long periods of time, they only return phone calls about payments. Then I got angry with them for taking my money without my knowledge of even owing them anything after I paid thr balance for the services I received and she hung up in my face. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. This review is the least I could do, without risking jail time. Take your money somewhere else!

Arne and the staff were very polite and knowledgeable. I feel empowered instead of burdened by the need to file bankruptcy. Thanks for making this process smooth.

I have done business with this company twice now both experience have been very pleasant. The staff are nice and what tops it off the Lawyer is a people person he is not that lawyer that tells you whats gonna happen and send you on your way until you have the money.

I was amazed at how good I felt about filing bankruptcy, these people are awesome! The service I received from this firm made the entire situation seamless. I'd recommend this firm to anyone experiencing financial hardship, I feel so relieved of so much stress knowing that I am in good hands. Credit solutions, you guys keep up the great work, you are truly appreciated.

Was recently recommended by a family member. Per her experience this was the place to go and the staff was very pleasant. From my experience I totally agree with her. From the front desk lady Alexis to Ernie and Valerie, they all showed me kindnesses and respect. I'm on my way to a fresh restart and I'm happy I've chosen them to assist me.

First initial meeting went well. Arnie and Val explained everything to me step by step. Only thing I didn't like wad the online credit counseling. The phone system was easier to use. So far I've had a great experience. This is just the beginning. I will right another review in the middle of my progress and at the end. Have a great one. Great staff.

Arne, Val and the entire staff has always been great they make you feel and know everything is going to be alright. They are very honest and always tell you the truth about all your questions and concerns. Its like they put their self in your shoes and treat you like they want to be treated. I will recommend them to anyone. They are the best. 😀
