Went to gold and silver to sell a watch. The man that worked there was very friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't want to buy my watch because it was custom but was very quick to help me find a better place to sell it. Very good customer service and very helpful will be back soon!

Wasn't able to buy my item because it was personalized, but offered advice on it and suggestions of where to sell it/for how much. Store was clean and air conditioned, stand up guy behind the counter. Will be back in the future.

Had a horrible experience. The man was very short with me and didn't seem to want to get out of his chair. I had coins inside roles, over 40 various coins and he didn't even look through them before making an offer in not even 30 seconds, the worst/smallest offer I'd gotten of 3 other places but considering the majority of good reviews of this place I thought I'd give it a try. I honestly don't understand where any of the good reviews come from. I took my items elsewhere and got more than double what this place offered me.

Brian the man in store was very approachable, up front and honest. Where I was quoted $130-$250 at other places. I ended up with $350 on the head for 14k, 10k, and some silver. Speaks for itself!!
