Placed into a car loan with Prime through Schoepp Motors in Madison. Did not have a good feeling. 1 year later am transferring to a local CU and Prime changes the payoff amount on me. Intolerable website, bad customer service, horrible rates shop around for aloan, you CAN do much better. Besides being unhappy with Prime, I'm disappointed with Schoepp. They could have/should have used local banks instead of a shady one from Milwaukee area. I'm the fool for not challenging it, but we were in a pinch and needed a car fast.
