I had a fantastic experience getting a loan for my startup business through Spring Bank. They placed a lot of emphasis on my company's business plan, unlike several of the larger banks I talked to who only seemed to care about the numbers. I was able to sit down with Glenn, the bank's VP, and personally make my case for the loan. The meeting gave me a lot of confidence that the bank actually did care about helping my business. As a bonus, the approval process took less than a week in my case! All in all, I will certainly be recommending them to my fellow small business owners.
