I was looking to switch from a Honda to Mazda. I went to test drive the CX5; I wasn’t approached by any sales person. One walked right by me another was having a personal conversation with another employee. After 20 minutes i took it as a sign and left. Not one person said hello or acknowledged my presence.

What a mess !! If you think it can't get any worse, go to this place. The whole sales staff playing on their phones, throwing pens and let customers wait. I walked out there. I would fire the whole crew.

These guys are awesome and I hope to do business with them in the future. I negotiated a deal from out of town and was supposed to head in to get the car but some extenuating circumstances came up. I worked with Tim Spence and he was up front and clear about everything and the price great too. I'm bummed that I couldn't make this work, but still highly recommend Cox Mazda.

My buying experience was exceptionally handled by Michael Johnston, Sales and Leasing Consultant. Mike provided detailed reviews of the vehicles and a transparent assessment of my financing options with a sense of urgency and understanding that my schedule did not provide time for idle chit chat. I left Mazda and reviewed other dealerships but continued to use Mike as a resource. My final outcome was to thankfully return to the most professional sales professional I had encountered.

I bought a new CX5 from Cox Mazda today. My salesman (Jesse) and finance person (Jay) were great, but not just that, the staff as a whole were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. This is my third vehicle from Cox and I have never had a bad experience, that includes the times I have brought my vehicles in for service. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. My husband and I have bought two cars from here. Each time we went back to Jesse Edwards. We always had a great experience with him, he's not a typical pushy salesman. He really connects and makes sure he does his best to serve you. Throughout both car purchases he never seemed to get irritated or rushed us in any way, as typical salesman do. Jesse is a great addition to the Cox Mazda team and we always choose to work with him. Our experiences wouldn't have been the same if we didn't work with Jesse!

Place is fine if you're buying a car. (Scratch that, they sold me a car with a bad transmission/ac mount, after 6 months of me asking them to check it and them blatantly lying about it my warranty expired and I ended up having to pay for it all out of pocket) And don't ever service your vehicle here! They charge you $100 just to plug their ecu reader in (Which they don't bother to tell you about in advance)! Also $100 just to tell you your a/c is cracked!? I told them my A/C was cracked I just wanted to know cost! And that's not even labor (especially labor at the hourly service rate)! These people are a complete ripoff and just deplorable in their behavior towards customers! STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Update 8/16/2016: A week ago I went in to have my brakes replaced (Lifetime brakes package, only reason I even stepped foot back in there) They REFUSED to replace them saying it wasn't even close, at least another 3k miles and that Goodyear (where I just got new tires) "was probably just lying and trying to make a buck." (Tammy the MANAGER said that) So 5 days later and only about 5-600 miles. I SHREDDED 1 brake rotor and abnormally wore the other. They basically held my car hostage after doing repairs, cost me another $250 to get my car back. I have filed with the BBB against these scumbags! (Was also flat out lied to about the lifetime brakes, labor is not included as I was told when I spent the $350 bucks to get them. I wouldn't have ever purchased such a package if I was going to have to spend $140 in labor per axle for free brakes, I could get new brakes installed cheaper than that anywhere and with no lifetime guarantee!) This place is a complete ripoff, and I don't even think their mechanic staff are certified to work at a dealership or even legal Americans for that matter)
