Loved the vehicle buying experience here at Simmons Nissan! There was no pressure, no surprises at signing, and they delivered the exact vehicle I was looking for. It was easy and painless to say the least. Simmons even stays open late to make sure customers are taken care of. Thanks to Timothy Hazelwood for a great experience as well as Mitch Mabe and Wayne Simmons. These guys make sure they answer all of your questions and they never hesitated. This is what a vehicle buying experience should be; they have set the standard! Will be a customer for life! I only wish I had done this sooner!!!! Thanks again!

Got a pretty good deal on my car. The service folks are very friendly and I’m in and out timely on my oil changes which is wonderful! Should I choose another Nissan, I’ll buy from here for sure. I do miss the old building though; it was unique.

I love these guys. Kyle Waugh is a great sales guy, a pleasure to talk to, and a great help. Mitch Mabe is extremely fast and makes the finance process super convenient. Simmons Nissan is a great company; I've purchased five automobiles from them, and won't go anywhere else. I've always had a great experience!

Service dept is excellent. Courteous, friendly and quick. Very nice customer service waiting area. Wi-Fi available plus hot and cold drinks + snacks. They get a 10 from me.👍

Great staff. No pressure, discussed my needs and were open to negotiations. Were very upfront of what they could/couldn't do. I never felt pressured to make my decision. I came by the dealership several times to look at my potential purchase several times and there was always someone to greet me and answer any questions. Dustin was my salesman and Wayne also met with me.

The people at Simmons Nissan were polite, courteous, and helpful during my car buying experience. I had been looking for a particular used Maxima, specific trim package, specific color inside and out. When I found a certified vehicle at Nissan Simmons that had everything I wanted I was overjoyed. The only draw back was that I lived 3.5 hours away. That didn't stop Rockey Pack from helping me drive it off the lot! He worked with me over the phone, I filled out the online credit app, and once approved I made an appointment to drive to Simmons Nissan to pick it up. They also gave me a fair trade-in value on my car! From the first phone call all the way through the follow-up phone calls and emails, I have been very satisfied with this dealership. I would definitely make the drive to buy from them again!

This was our first Nissan and first experience with Simmons Nissan. I have to say it was a great experience. Tim, our salesperson, was professional, friendly, took time with us and seemed to really care that we were taken good care of. Mitch also did a great job, explaining everything and making sure we were satisfied. Could not have asked for a better experience!
