Nice and quaint, rooms are exceptionally clean and breathtaking. Staff is cordial. Very nice place to stay, close shopping and good food.

Hotel was nice but staying here over the holidays was VERY challenging because the restaurants limited hours were ever changing. Not being able to get breakfast 2 morning's in a row was very frustrating. If having a coffee in the morning and a bite to eat before leaving the hotel is important than I would check on this before booking. Also housekeeping started very early so we were awake early every morning to them going room to room announcing housekeeping. Overall was very disappointing because when I researched hotels I made sure there were certain amenities before booking.

So the reason I booked this hotel over the place across the street was that the courtyard has a hot tub Upon check-in there is a sign that reads hot tub is broken Okay fine whatever, a couple hours later a complete stranger walks in my room while I'm in my underwear, apparently they messed up at the front desk and booked the room again When this happened my room keys stopped working, we go to the front desk and have the keys fixed and all they said was we are sorry that happened with no genuine concern about their guest, afterwards the keys stopped working a total of 3 times, each time having to go down to the desk and no real apology given. Now on my last day of the stay there is no hot water in the hotel Called the front desk and they said if I wanted to shower I have to leave the building and walk across the street to another location and shower there Overall, very disappointing hotel stay, I would not recommend this hotel. I would like an apology from the hotel manager and some sort of compensation for my horrible time at your hotel. Also not the first time on that day where the front desk booked a occupied room according to a lady who was discussing the issue in the lobby, I would recommend retraining all of your front desk employees..

Room was spacious and we'll decorated. Admin staff was mostly good and efficient. Breakfast staff was trying to be better, with some success. Breakfast costs a little too much ($8.00 for oatmeal, juice, and tea).

Clean room, nice inviting lobby, courteous staff, easy parking. Room had issues with power outlets not working and certain lights not powering on. Slightly leaky shower. Heard stomping from upstairs.

Good hotel with very friendly staff! They went above and beyond to find me a room when they were full and also quickly helped me with some room maintenance issues. Only problem I had was the my room smelled slightly like mildew.

It's ok. Service is perfunctory. Rooms are fine. Location is rather conveniently next to shopping plaza. Typical Courtyard fare. I think there are better choices in the area. Won't be back.

Great customer service and nice clean rooms. Marriott is always a solid choice. The only catch with Courtyards is they do not do free breakfast which may be a deal breaker for some.

A friend and I got a room since it was so close to the nightclubs, so we could walk. We were very impressed from the time we walked in the door to the time we checked out. It was clean and well kept. We were excited to find a hot tub but it was down for maintenance. We will be looking into this place again when he comes back to town. However, watch out for the bartenders. They were having inappropriate religious and political talk and I felt a but uncomfortable so we skipped grabbing any drinks there.

I am a Marriott rewards member and travel often. I like new properties like this one that has lots of outlets for electronics. The staff was helpful and friendly. There was no hot water when I got up to get ready to see my clients. I finally just sucked it up and took a cold shower. When checking out the staff at the desk said they knew rhere was a hot water issue.

Since the remodel, a Courtyard Marriott is a Courtyard Marriott for the most part these days. Intended to provide consistency for business travelers, it can also make you forget where you are if you travel as much as I do! The staff at the Courtyard Marriott York is an awesome differentiator, though, and makes it truly feel like home away from home. I can always count on Bridget to take care of me and the colleagues traveling with me and Trina has my favorite lattes on speed dial. Of all the hotels I stay in on business travel, the Courtyard Marriott York is the only one I truly look forward to! Thank you for making my job a little easier!

I enjoyed my stay at the York Courtyard by Marriott. Rooms were clean and well designed with nice sized rooms. I especially enjoyed the bathrooms given they are a cut above what I've become accustomed to with other chains. Job well done to the staff, both front and back of the house.
