Love this studio , I participated in the 60 min Bikram and was perfect, everyone was really nice, great positive vibe , the instructors tone was so calming. Definitely recommend coming here , I know I will be back, 🧘🏻♂️

I visited Island Yoga while traveling. It's so nice to find a great studio that offers a traditional 26.2 90 minute hot yoga class, along with other options. When I walked in Stephanie greeted me warmly and helped me get situated. The studio is nice and bright and hot! I really enjoyed the "silent" practice where the talking and instructions were kept to a minimum. Stephanie noticed all the stickers on my water bottle and gave me a studio sticker as a present. :) I will definitely practice here again when I return to San Diego.

I've been to many different studios across the country, and Island Yoga is one of my favorites. Facilities wise, it's always clean, reasonably priced, has a great location overlooking the Del.
Stephanie and her instructors are what make this studio stand out. They are all very knowledgable and excel at what they do. They helped drastically improve my practice during the time I was on the island.

I was a little nervous about getting back into yoga, but my experience at Hot & Soul was perfect! Everyone was welcoming and there is such a kind, energetic community at this studio. The instructors make a point to learn your name and needs before class and really tailor the class to you. Each instructor has offered alternative positions, to make it easier and more challenging which really caters to everyone in the class. The studio is very clean and inviting. The owner, Lauren, is an incredible instructor. I even got my parents to try out the studio and now they regularly attend with me!

Hot & Soul Yoga is so welcoming! Great class options! Clean and wonderful location right next to the Hotel Del in Coronado. Lauren is always running some sort of special so just ask! Highly recommend!
