Average place, old building, location is great but the condition of rooms need major improvement compared with other hotels at the region. Left one of my shirt in closet after checking out and they weren’t able to find it, very odd, something you need be cautious about. Overall, the hotel do not meet my expectation for courtyard and the price. Wouldn’t recommend. Go other places if you can.

This was a spacious and great hotel to stay at. The reception was helpful and the room was very clean and well kept. The lobby is new and has a full Starbucks coffee shop and food available. An overall great place to stay.

Hotel is located nicely and our room was fantastic. Staff had all the answers to our questions and were quite professional and nice. Only downside was the elevator was out of order at the time of our stay, and we thought we had to bring our luggage all the way up. However, the hotel only had three floors, so it wasn't too bad (Even though we were on the 3rd floor). They also had complimentary water bottles on the 3rd and 2nd floor, as well as free light snacks, including popcorn. To top it off, the staff has luggage service where they take care of the work for us. Not a 5-star hotel, because that would be a out-of-this-world hotel, but this hotel gets 4.5/5 because of it's absolutely professional and efficient service.

There was an issue with one of our rooms being double-booked, which created some confusion, also the staff came to the room very late at night for something that could've been taken care of at a more appropriate time. For the inconvenience, we were offered very little in restitution. We're still in the process of trying to recuperate for this inconvenience.

This is right across the new Apple campus and right off I-280. There's a big plaza with many restaurants and grocery store in 5 mins walk. It's a convenient location. The atmosphere is cozy. My only complaint is that since it's right off the highway, you'll hear a lot of notices when you use the outdoor space.

I stay at this hotel at least once a month and frequently more often. It's not a 5-star hotel in the sense that it is a super luxury hotel; however, for what it is, it's a 4-star hotel to me. The staff are always efficient and friendly yet professional. The rooms and common areas are clean, and the beds are comfortable. That's exactly what I'm looking for in a hotel of this kind and this hotel has consistently delivered.
The only thing I would like to see improved is WiFi coverage and bandwidth. Signal is not always strong and it can be very slow to use.response / report this review
