Whenever I'm in Silicon Valley this is where I stay. Right in the middle of Santana Row the location is perfect. The hotel overall and the rooms are luxurious, the pool area, enjoyable, and the bar one of the hotspots in Santana Row, so suitably lively.

The only complaint is the restaurant. The decor and menu options are not my taste at all, and not as in keeping with the overall hotel vibe as the previous restaurant

Rooms were pretty, fridge would have been nice though. Brekkie was great, staff was nice. The hotel bar will murder your ability to discern color. Location was nice. I was in town on business, so I don't have much of a opinion on it's location as a tourist spot, but aside from the Winchester house, there isn't much in the immediate area.

The beds are EXTRA SOFT. I woke up due to discomfort and back pain due to the sinkage of the bed. The next day after I informed the concierge, they informed me they could bring some wooden slacks to go under the bed, but then they ran out of wooden slacks from other guests! I cant recommend this place unless you prefer extra soft beds.

For the record: Hotel Valencia is a nice, clean hotel. And the hotel manager did discount my hotel fee slightly, so kudos for that!

Nice hotel with an unusual entry l. The hotel staff was nice and room service quick, even during odd hours. The V bar had good service and was fun.

The event was held in one of there bars. The place was beautifully decorated. The service was top notch. We had a good time. Will come back again next year.

Went with a date for drinks at the bar. Great service, never had to wait too long. Bartenders paying attention to whose there. Good music and vibe.

I visited a relatively small part of the hotel as I was only there for the day for a work conference, but it was clean, the catering was excellent, and the facilities are attractive. Our conference room seated 240 or so people comfortably.

One of my favourites. Super comfy beds with soft as silk sheets, and pillows to die for. Excellent service and facilities, whenever I have to be in Silicon Valley this is where I always stay! Right on the doorstep of Santana Row and the shopping which is always a bit special too!

Great high quality hotel, with excellent amenities and services. In addition, the V bar is one of the best places on Santana row if you are just looking for drinks. Look out for athletes, a lot of teams travelling to the Bay area for sports stay here. All in all, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

Nice well maintained hotel, but do NOT book a room on the back side facing the courtyard and restaurant area. Crowds from the bar standing in line under your balcony to get in will keep you up until 2am each night. Very loud!! Hotel should advise guests in these rooms to expect to get a 1/2 nights sleep at Best.

Great location, easy access to everywhere. Front desk people are very accommodating and knowledgeable for the area. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Pretty up to date. I will definitely return.

Clean rooms. Nice pool And great customer service. The staff were helpful form the reception. They were friendly. It was a nice experience at the hotel.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on here and they had the cheapest rates around

Attended a graduation dinner here. Beautiful courtyard area with delicious appetizers (mostly deep fried finger foods) and open bar. Then had a dinner in a big conference room area, where there was also equipment for a big screen to show videos etc. Not sure if the equipment belonged to the hotel, but if it did, I would suggest updating it (sound quality poor, had to prop up the projector, etc). Food was good, but not as good as appetizers, so luckily they already filled me up! :)

The bar at hotel Valencia is a delight. Given that it's open even past 1:00 am makes it a fine late night spot for an after party. The music is good and the environment is quite fun. The staff at Valencia were quite courteous and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
