I really enjoyed my stay at Staybridge Suites Chicago -- Glenview. The rooms are so clean and well maintained. l will come back again.

Pros: 1. Comfortable bed; 2. Wide variety of breakfast foods, fruits and beverages to select from; 3. Within 5 minutes of shopping, dining and the Glenbrooks Speech and Debate Tournament.
Cons: 1. Called hotel the night before stay to arrange an early check-in and was told to my relief there'd be no problem and no charge because multiple rooms were clean and ready, however, upon arrival, I was greeted to a $50 extra fee; 2. To my surprise, the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan could be a bit embarrassing.response / report this review -

Room is very nice but checking in was not great. New clerk. When I said I tried making reservation on my phone and it only allowed me to do so if I had my IHG number I asked if he could get it for me. He said I’m a new clerk and only mgrs can access data base. I said I said is a manager here? He said not until Monday. It was Sat. afternoon.
He told me he could book the room I wanted for $140 a night. I said it’s $122 on line. He said he couldn’t do anything about it. I asked to use business center to book room. He directed me to the business center and I was able to book same room for $119 a night. Now doesn’t it make sense for clerk to be able to do this for a customer at the desk? I’m just saying it doesn’t seem to scream customer service.response / report this review -

Great place to stay. Everything here is perfect. Staff is warm and friendly. I don't miss home much when I am here.

This place is fantastic. Housekeeping is awesome. Nice hot water indoor pool and nice selection of breakfast options. I highly recommend.

Excellent extended stay rooms with plenty of kitchen utensils. Room was tidy and modern. The curtain for the window was unmovable and constantly open, which was odd, but overall a decent room.

Had a great time and close to lots of shopping, transportation and restaurants. Great staff and terrific room. We forgot an item and the staff made sure I got it back with good communication. Will look here first when returning to the area!

Decent hotel. The ambient temperature in the lobby and breakfast room could have been cooler. It was quite hot and made breakfast uncomfortable. This is just a minor detail, though.

Location is easy to get to, but out of the way. Check in went smoothly and rooms are clean. Internet is fast and breakfast is good.

This hotel is fantastic. It has a full kitchenette with daily housekeeping. Nice hot water indoor pool and a good range of morning breakfast options. Laundry is also free.

The stay here was very good! We were in town for a graduation service. The beds were very comfortable. We had three people so one of us slept on the couch that folded out into a bed. It was not bad either. The staff was very professional and helpful. The breakfast is much more extensive than other hotels in have stayed at before. Lots of selection and very good quality. There is a pool and workout room but we didn't use either do we can't comment on those. This is a very good deal for the price.

Excellent service and hospitality. Rooms are superb with all the amenities. Breakfast is awesome as well. Really a good place for short/long stays.
