Execellent hotel to stay at for business and weekend stays. The staff is friendly. A few of the evening staff members are slightly rude and inexpressive towards guests. Be prepared to pay the 20 dollar per night incidental charge. Another option to this is to pay a fifty dollar security deposit. The restaurant downstairs is decent and relatively affordable for hotel dining. The housekeeping staff does a wonderful keeping the room clean and providing you with any toiletry items you may need. Overall a pleasant stay.

Very neat and updated inside. Room was very comfortable and although right beside the highway I heard no noise. I would have liked vending machines for late night snacks and complimentary breakfast feels almost like an entitlement these days, for what it's worth. Overall highly recommend.

Went here for a conference only able to comment on the lobby and event rooms. The event room we had was spacious and had areas for coffee and tea w snacks. The lobby was very nice and looked open and airy they had a dining area and lounge which faced a open window. Now they lost a star due to lack of attention within the lobby restrooms were outdated, dirty and small.

Great hotel wonderful staff and a lovely lobby area. The rooms are adequately furnished. All in all I feel I'm getting very good value for the money.I stay here 2 or 3 times a year and it's a very consistent hotel

High prices..old carpet with uneven floors making it difficult for a person with disabilities totraverse. No handicap grab bar near toilet, no complimentary breakfast or coffee, just high priced Star Bucks that doesn't open until 6:30. As I sit here, many people left hungry and disappointed about no coffee or food. The lobby is absolutely FREEZING! Staff is very courteous and rooms are clean. With all the other options within the radius of this hotel, for the price of my stay and limited amenities, I will stay elsewhere in the future.

The facility is nice. Clean, great service. The tenants that were there that nightnot so much. Our "neighbors" decided to have an argument at 4a. The walls were nice and thin so I heard the whole thing. Not happy about that.

Friendly staff and convenient location with a fridge in our room. The bathroom needed some attention
The grout on the floor was poorly sealed/colored and several touch up spots on the ceiling made me wonder why not just paint the whole thing?
Easy, early checkout and the in house Starbucks helped deal with the morning interstate rush hour traffic.

The rooms were very clean and nice for the price. Staff was very well trained and nice. Rooms had all the usual amenities, including a well taken care of bathroom and shower. My only complaint is the TV had somewhat spotty service, some channels took a minute to load any audio or video, and some didn't load and show anything at all.

Pretty terrible experience. Key was required from parking lot but the reader only worked half the time. Saw it taped open a couple of times. Bugs in room, no hot water in sink, sink won't drain, stained toilet, only 1 of 4 days with housekeeping service. One day, someone made up the beds and left a (non-white) dirty pillowcase on the desk. I even called for service when we were heading out one day but when we got back, hours later, nothing had been touched. Called front desk to at least get more towels and it went to voice mail. My brand loyalty is fading after several mediocre Marriott experiences. And I know it's petty, but who serves only Pepsi products in Atlanta?!?

We come here every year for a fundraising event. Our party usually consists of 200 people or so and every year the staff is excellent, courteous, accommodating and supportive. Every single member of the staff we have encountered has been amazing. The rooms are great, air conditioning works wonderfully, the pool is decent sized and doesn't stink to high heaven of chlorine. Would certainly recommend to anyone debating whether or not to come here.

We arrived late and we're welcomed warmly. The front desk day and night was very accommodating and friendly .
We got upgraded to a double suite which was definitely spacious enough .The bathroom is too small and not easily accessible. The shower strength needed some help too.
The shuttle to Emory was convenient and our driver very pleasant.
We will be back, since it is nice to feel welcome and I am sure they can fix the shower so you can catch a better stream.

I booked a room for another hotel in downtown Atlanta and when I got inside the hotel it was dirty and the air conditioner was broken and there were flies. I switch to this hotel and it was wonderful they had an on-site restaurant the bed was extremely comfortable the room was clean and there was a balcony which was an added bonus. I love the hotel and I would recommend it to anyone. Everything was easy to get to, the staff was great comma and the price was right.

Located very close to Emory, allowing for great convenience in any school related activities. Medium sized room that can comfortably fit 3-4 people. Well-kept lobby with welcoming staff and great service at the Bistro.

Sorta off the beaten path. Nice place to stay when you have to be in the area. Nothing fancy, but clean and serviceable

Dated interior, surly staff, and low water pressure all combine to make this one of the worst marriott properties I have stayed at. Beings as I am platinum elite level, that is a lot of hotel stays. The water barely trickles out of the tap and the last two times I have spoken with the staff they didn't even look at me when they responded but continued what they were doing and gave me barely audible answers.
