This hotel is very clean and comfortable. I needed a place to stay while my husband was in the York trauma center. It was an extended stay and the staff was very accommodating and compassionate. They made sure I was comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone. It is quiet and well maintained.

Place has received an update and is more modern. USB and plugs are attached to headboard (pretty cool),new carpet throughout, nice breakfast spread. The gym has more than the average,but of course the typical machines. I was so excited about an indoor pool and jacuzzi until I saw the condition. My advice to hotels is, if you aren't going to properly maintenance pool areas, don't have them. Yes,it is a nice amenity, but it requires draining and repainting seasonally, you can't just add bleach and go. Appearance is everything!

Room was huge staff was friendly and helpful..my children enjoyed the indoor pool while my friend and I enjoyed the hot tub

Amazing staff, very friendly & accommodating. Nice room. I loved the front porch area, had some great conversation just hanging out there. Great location, surrounded by lots of places to eat & shop. Will definitely return.

Very clean rooms, great pool that was warm even on a cold day. The staff was very pleasent. There's plenty of restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store.

A group of us stayed here for a dance competition nearby. The staff heard that we needed to be ready and leaving by 7:15 not giving us enough time for breakfast, which opened at 7. So the staff made breakfast and opened for us at 6:15 and called to tell us it would be available! How very kind! Thank you so much!

Overall an okay experience for me. Clean and nice decor. The pillows weren't very comfortable and the bathroom door took a lot of force to close.

I spent one night there and the room was great. It was spacious, clean and the beds could have been a little more comfortable but overall good. There was a couple of things that could have been better. I bought it to the managers attention the next morning and he was actually understanding and tried to solve the problem. So I feel like I can't really give a fair rating until I stay again and see how that goes. But the staff could work on their customer service and communication skills.
