Nice newer hotel. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The complementary breakfast in the morning was very good. Prices were reasonable, easy to get to, and staff was friendly. Nice place to stay if you are visiting the area and need a place to stay.

The SpringHill Suites in Hershey PA is a clean comfortable hotel. I felt safe while visiting and was impressed by the quietness of our room. We stayed directly across the hall from an elevator, but heard little through the night.

Clean and comfortable. Only a few miles from Hershey Park. Bath towels poor quality for Marriott and room price. Strong chlorine in whirlpool took color out of bathing suits.

Excellent location for all Hershey area attractions. Nicely appointed rooms, friendly staff. Walls are a bit thin, and the lack of electrical outlets near beds is annoying but overall a very good hotel at a reasonable price.

The beds are so low they are better for children. Old carpet which looks as if it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. Heating system is old. At $130.00 this room would be a fair value, at $250 per night it is substantially overpriced. Good choice of options for breakfast but pastries and rolls out in the open. Would not stay here in the future.

The staff at Springhill Suites were all fantastic! They were so hospitable and made us very welcomed. They kept everything well stocked from the breakfast bar to the towels by the pool. There was always hot coffee and fruit water in the lobby. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was great, literally minutes from Hershey Park and Chocolate World.
After a horrible experience at another Springhill Suites, my faith in the Marriott brand. I would definitely stay here again.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of two small things. I requested additional towels and pillows prior to arrival, which I had to request again. My son got chocolate on the pillow case, which was very noticeable but was not replaced. Other than that it was an extremely pleasant stay.response / report this review -

The hotel room was big, clean, and overall it was a good experience. The breakfast was adequate. The pool was enjoyable to swim in. There was a couch and a large television in the room. I enjoyed my stay.

Solid hotel nothing special but clean rooms. The staff was very kind. Loved the AC heat unit had a mode for a constant fan. I would definitely stay here a again

The rooms were amazing. The beds were comfortable and enough space so that my family and I could have done is time. Also the food for breakfast was amazing as well. I'm not a good critic but if I was I would give it 10 stars
