Wonderful experience. I was booked overnight here for an internship interview. The staff were kind and helpful. The restaurant was wonderful. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. I didn't like the pillows as much. They were too soft. I like something with a little bit of resistance. They had complimentary hot chocolate and activities for kids (like decorating a Christmas tree ornament). The breakfast was very good for a continental breakfast. Overall, an exceptional experience that made my interview process that much less stressful.

Our room was great! It was comfortable and clean and we were well taken care of. This place has everything including the BEST.SERVICE.EVER.! My husband and I appreciate your authentically sincere, warm and friendly service! The breakfast goes pretty unmatched as well.

Great location. Well maintained. Staff friendly and attentive. Rooms are quiet, considering location. Lobby is well done for breakfast, and there is sn attached restaurant that is good. Only complaint is parking is limited.

Everything is clean and comfortable. There are good days all around. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was above average with lots of hot food choices. The shower heads are very high so it's great for tall folks.

Great location close to University, State Street and many restaurants. Hotel has been well designed. The parking garage is under the hotel and uses the same elevators to get to rooms, but feels safe because a room key is required to start the elevator. There is a great breakfast. Tea and coffee are always available in the lobby. They have a table in the lobby with children's activities. There are a couple of fireplaces in the lobby with plenty of seating. Rooms are comfortable with mini fridge and coffee maker. Overall a great hotel. We look forward to coming back!

I travel a lot for work and this is easily the nicest Hampton inn I've stayed at. They often have special events in the lobby, like a hot chocolate bar or a little pop up coffee shop, that are nice perks. You can easily walk from here to anything you'd like to do downtown. Note the attached garage is not free even for guests but that is to be expected when staying downtown.

As a Hilton Diamond member, I have experienced great service from Hilton Hotels, but this hotel was BY FAR the best stay yet. The rooms are very nice, but the service is amazing. My daughter was in a serious car accident. They sent a gift box of goodies to our room. We had to stay an extra night and when we went to check out, they comped our room. The managers and employees were constantly checking on us and asking about my daughter who was in the trauma unit at the hospital. I cannot express my gratitude other than to give them the best review I possibly can. Wonderful! Just wonderful!

We stayed about a year ago. My stay was great, cool location, the staff was nice and everything was clean..but since I gave them my cell phone number for reservation information updates I received a ton of spam calls!!! Almost every call I have blocked in the last year the phone number has been traced backed to Hilton marketing. DO. NOT. SIGN UP. FOR. HILTON. REWARDS! EVER! The local staff is great about taking care of the customer, but it seems like corporate sells your information immediately. Yeah, annoying sales guy just called me. Grrrhhhh.

Love the staff, especially the breakfast team and the front desk staff who were very nice and friendly. Great lobby and interior design as well. Having the parking lot in the same building is very helpful and convenient too.

The overall experience was very nice. There are plenty of amenities and they will work with you to make you happy. I appreciated the fitness center and hot tub. The location was perfect for downtown exploring​ as well.

Nice rooms. Good price. Flexible punch out. Great little Gym. Decent breakfast. Free hot chocolate coffee and cookies. Free toilet paper in your bathrooms. Good parking. Convienent elevator. Helpful staff.

The motel is top notch! The rooms were spacious and clean. The rates were reasonable. All the staff we came in contact with were friendly and hospitable, including the cleaning staff, the breakfast serving staff, and the front desk staff. Spencer and Sean at the front desk were exceptional at helping us plan our activities while there. They were very knowledgeable of Madison and what it has to offer. They were particularly great about listening to our potential interests, then mapping out a plan specifically for us. The only suggestion we have is that it would have been nice to have more than one garbage can in the room.
