Staff is friendly, but the hotel could use some updating. During my stay the soda and ice machine on the first floor were out of order. There is a gym, but it also needs some TLC. I only used the treadmill, which looks rough, but works. For me, the price and location are key and this hotel fits the bill. It just seems like the owners are not investing in the hotel which is disappointing. The parking lot is being replaced so I hope that when the outside is finished, they'll start updating the inside.

Not good, not bad. The rooms were clean enough, but quite small. The shuttle was the most disappointing thing about this hotel. Only ran every hour which wasn't often enough. I dropped off our rental car at 8:35 and was told I would have to wait at the airport until around 9:15 to get picked up. Also, going to the airport in the morning was the same story. We either left too early for our flight or too late. Ended up being there for an hour before the terminals opened to check our bags. Good enough hotel if you have your own transportation, but there are a lot closer hotels to the airport. About 15 minutes away in good traffic.

With a quiet location just outside Chicago, this hotel provides easy access to the airport. The rooms were a bit dated and not as clean as I expected, but they are in the process of constructing a new building on site so once that is done, rooms should be updated. Their service was great and the breakfast was one of the better ones coming from a hotel chain. There might be better choices in the area, but this one definitely was not the worst place I have stayed at. I'd just be aware of the construction if you plan to stay here in the near future.

Hotel currently under construction. Due to this, parking was atrocious. Otherwise a 4.5-star review. Rooms were comfortable, and clean. Ours was a Queen bed with an additional pull out couch. The pool area was nice and convenient and although we didn't have the breakfast, it looked like a nicer offering.

Its great for people who are trying to stay new O'Hare airport. Also, food nearby was relish. However, the place had decent amenities. Nothing over the top. Also, the hallways and outdoors constantly smelled like someone was smoking cigarettes or marijuana. Bed could have been more comfortable, but it wasn't the worst. Lastly, shower pressure?? None at all. It was decent but could have been way better!

My kids wanted to swim so I came online looking for a nice hotel with a pool without hassling my pockets! I'm so glad I found this hotel. There is construction going on next door but that didn't bother me at all nor did the gravel ground. I don't understand why some reviewers have complained about that. The place was still fairly quiet if you're the kind of person who doesn't like noise. For the price I made, the hotel and staff most definitely exceeded all my expectations. Our room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool area was very nice. My kids had a blast!! We ordered pizza and had it delivered to the room. The following morning we got up and had breakfast. Breakfast was very tasty! The people in the hotel were so friendly. My children and I will be back very soon! Thank you guys!!

It's a fairly nice hotelquiet at nightgood blackout curtains in the rooms. A little dated but the beds are comfortable and the room was very clean. Water pressure not so great in shower or sink. Nice continental breakfasteggs, sausage, waffles, cereal. It's on the border of a more run down part of town but in the other side is a nice golf coursealso was very easy to find and within 30 minutes of pretty much anything you'd need.

I was only there for a few hours thanks to flight shenanigans, but I appreciated a competitive rate for a clean bed, early breakfast, & early shuttle back to the airport. The midnight shuttle wasn't the most timely.

Beds are old and need replacing. Stained. Construction is terrible. The "parking lot" is under construction so it's gravel. There's a building next to that's either new construction or abandoned. The downstairs toilet smelled like urine really bad. Some other guests were obnoxious while I was talking to the desk attendant. The guy at the desk was very nice though. And had a park and fly package. You get what you pay for. They charged me 10 bogus dollars. Never again.

Bed bugs. I like this place when visiting nearby family for a weekend. We are always on the second floor. We were booked on the first for the first time. I was reading on my side in bed with a light on and the TV going. I went to use the bathroom and felt itchy. Under my arm that was on the bed were bites. I know what bed bug bites look like as it happened once before at an Econolodge in Wisconsin. I'm also allergic to them. I showed the man up front and he put us upstairs. Nothing else was said and he wouldn't say a word to my fiance, either.

Comfortable with a convenient elevator, pool, and hot tub! Night staff seemed a little unfriendly/short but day staff was wonderful. They have construction going on right now but it's still worth the stay!!

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. This is like a motel 8 with a fancy name.
The whole place is dirty, major construction right in front of hotel. You park the car on a gravel road and walk.

It took them 10 minutes to check me in, I had already paid in advance.

Bathrooms are not properly clean, there's construction right outside my window - so can't sleep after 6am. I stayed few nights here and I couldn't wait to check out.
There are No towels in the pool area - you need towels go walk and ask front desk.

The jacuzzi isn't hot !!! It's like 70F little warmer then pool temperature.

The lady in the morning is nice the one in the night time is really rude.
