Country Garden Florist did my flowers for my wedding and they were absolutely stunning. Every single arrangement was breath-taking and added vibrant colors to our special day. Everything was perfect and more than I could have ever expected. So happy our photographer captured these beautiful flowers so we can look back on them.

I received two beautiful arrangements ordered by family and friends from Boston and New York. Country Garden Florist in Prospect did a fabulous job!
The flowers are colorful, plentiful and selected with care. One of the vases is exquisite! I highly recommend them! They delivered right to my door and I was so pleased.

I ordered flowers online to be delivered. I chose them so they would only have to drive 1.2 miles to deliver. They did not deliver anything like I ordered. I called the next day and the guy said on his website it says due to COVID they don’t have the selection of flowers and have to use what they have available. I told him I understood but they were not even close. It looked like they were just thrown together. He never said I am sorry you were not happy, never offered a discount. He was in a hurry to get off the phone and didn’t really care. I would never order from them again. Flowers are not cheap to order and have delivered anyway but if you pay $100 you expect someone to care about what they deliver and customer satisfaction.

Jim did an amazing job with my wedding flowers, he met with me and helped me with every question I had. Super friendly and fast responsive, I was complete blown away by every single arrangement, bouquet and my beautiful decorated cake. Thank you Jim!

Called this morning to order a large planter for daughters birthday. I talked to a very friendly guy, told me what they had, and it sounded perfect. She got it when they said and it was beautiful. Well worth the $$$. Found my call in florist since I’m 3 hours away. Thank you!

My husband set up a delivery for a bouquet every other week. At first they delivered like they were set up. Then they started to deliver whenever it was convenient for them. So I never know when they will be here.
The flowers are pretty at first but now they look as if they are leftovers.
I don't want to hurt my husband's feelings so I say nothing, but I am not satisfied at all. I would rather go to Kroger and get what I want. At least I would be able to get something besides filler and maybe some tulips when in season. They are always raped with pretty ribbon and look fresh but they look awful after a couple days

Great gift shop items and beautiful arrangements. Always fresh flowers! They have a great selection of pet headstones, outdoor concrete pots, benches and small planted seasonal plants and shrubs.

Order from them every year. I live out of town and my sister lives in Louisville, so at Christmas we surprised her with a beautiful center piece for her holiday table. These guys take care of us. Very pleased

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Did NOT receive my flowers until over 24 hrs AFTER they were ordered. Driver called me and I told him I would get home between 4:00 and 5:00 from work. . He said.I'll just leave themI said "no way.too cold and they'd freeze". Contacted owner and he said "we called you day they were called to us" I never received a message ' he said" maybe we dialed a wrong number.people make mistakes" It's the holidays now and trucks are delivering until 7:00 pm and people don't get home from work till around 5:30. I came home from work between 4:00 and 5:00. Owner called me and finally DELIVERED THEM AT 6:00. Flowers were turning yellowing on the rose petals BECAUSE THEY WERE GETTING OLD I will never use this florist again. !!!!!!! terrible..Ruth Schneider
