  Went in for a saddle fitting today with our horses, left with a beautiful Wade McCall! Both the girls were so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We learned alot from them & they were able to answer all our questions! Thank you so much! We had a blast today!

  I first contacted CS in Jan of 2020 to see what saddles they had in stock. I was quickly told to check they website. Well saddles that they said were in stock were not. I asked to be emailed what they do have in stock. She took my email and never followed through. I called several time on other saddles and was told that the saddles I inquired about are no longer being made but I could custom order. Well I said I would like to custom order a model X. I was told no because they do not make that model???? In late Jan early Feb I called CS 5 times over a 2 week period to place a order. Every time I called they had an excuse as to why the could not take my order I then contacted Horsesaddleshop.com and told them what I wanted. He made one call and had it ordered??????? I was told a 6-12 week build time. At week 10 I called to check the status of my order. She told me I needed my order number and what company ordered from. I was then told that she has no way of knowing the status and I need to contact HS. 2 days later I was told it was still on track for the tentative April 25 day. I called again on the 30th to ask if they had a shipment date. She told me she cannot tell my because she has no way to know who is making the saddle or where it is being made. She could not track my custom order with a invoice order number. I was told to contact HS- HS has not heard back from CS as of 5-3-20. She said she would talk to her manager and call me right back. 3 hours later I called her back, I was told that she tried to call me but my phone was busy- SHE NEVER CALLED- LIED TO ME AGAIN. I was again told that their is no way to tract my order because the saddles are made by an out sourced company. Very poor service would be an improvement. I should have went with another saddle maker. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH cOLORADO sADDELRY. 12 weeks post order and they have no idea where my saddle is

  Probably shouldn’t attempt to order anything from here. They don’t call you back. However, they have a good inventory on hand.

  I love the Colorado Saddlery headstalls. Just ordered two more that were sent promptly in the mail. There tack is excellent quality and well worth the price.

  Colorado saddlery has done a good job to fix an order we felt was wrong. They are very willing to fix issues when they arise. I would suggest to go to the shop and get a saddle there instead of online. We ended up going with a completely different saddle model than what we ordered online. For the hunting and trail riding we do we went with the steamboat and had it ordered with a custom front. They ordered the tree in for us so the saddle will be exactly what we want.
  
  I would suggest taking a midsize to compact vehicle the parking lot is not real big. It was a busy day and parking in a long bed four door pickup was a challenge.
  
  They have nice saddles and plenty of tack. I was able to find a long shank slide gag bit that is nearly impossible to find anymore at a great price.
  
  I know Colorado Saddlery saddles are made for working and for our casual riding we do they will never need to be replaced.
  
  I hope my review is helpful to all parties on both sides.
