i was very happy with the work done by the Energy Services technician. He was there for a routine heating system checkup, which he did. He also found and corrected a problem with the exhaust piping that had been a problem since shortly after the furnace was installed. It did get a little noisy and it took longer than a normal checkup but that was because he had found and replaced a portion of the exhaust piping and that took a bit of cutting and sawing. I am very happy with the work the technician did and the results. Thank you.

We’ve used Energy Services for the past two years for general HVAC maintenance and have been extremely happy with each technician. Very thorough and professional. Earlier this week when the temperature dropped, our daughter’s furnace went out at 10:30 pm. She called several companies, including Energy Services, to try and get immediate help. Energy Services was the only one to respond and offered to come out within a few hours. In the end, she choose to wait until the morning. ES was there first thing and made repairs to get it operating again. Due to age and extensive damage to the system, she had a new unit installed by ES today and loves it. All around great experience. Highly recommend!

We were very pleased with our experience with Energy Services! We arrived home from work and our heating wasn't working and the house was freezing. We called Energy Services and they sent a service technician over right away. Tim was very friendly, knowledgeable, took the time to explain the problem, and answering any questions we had about our furnace. We will definitely use them again and would recommend their services.

This was our second time having JOSE VELAZQUEZ as the technician who serviced our heating and A/C systems. In August, Jose was able to solve an issue with our A/C unit. We were having issues with the A/C unit for a few months. He was very patient and listened to our explanation of what was occurring. With the information gathered he located the problem. Our warranty was up in 7 days which allowed the repair to be cover under the warranty which was wonderful. In September, Jose provided the maintenance check on our furnace and humidifier. He was professional and did a thorough job.

We have Energy Services assist us with our heating and A/C needs for 15 years and they have been a great company to work with as we have family members who also use their services.

Xavier came out to try and fix our furnace at 11:30 pm. He did his best and was really knowledgeable and forthright. Unfortunately we will likely need to replace it, but I would work with him again in a heartbeat. Hoping to do so for the finished solution, whatever that ends up being.

The service technician was polite and conscientious. He called 20 min. before arriving to let us know he was on his way and let us know his name. He explained everything he did in detail and provided helpful tips for keeping the furnace and Aprilaire in good operating condition.

The serviceman called ahead so I knew he was coming. He put on shoe covers. He was so respectful. He made sure he checked with me for any extra repairs that I would be charged for. He made necessary repairs and gave me a detailed explanation plus a written receipt with even more details. It was a wonderful experience!

Had the summer air conditioner service today. The technician was John Casey and I am very happy to say John is one of the best I have ever had service my system. I have had John before and he is very responsible and thorough. He is truly a pleasure to deal with and represents the type of employee any employer would want to have doing their work. In the future I will be asking for John when I schedule appointments.He explains parts you might need and why and what they do for your system.A true worker.

It was time for our annual AC tune up. Stephen showed up on time and went right to work. He was extremely professional and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. He even helped me streamline my maintenance plan, which I greatly appreciated.

I have been a customer of Energy Services for a little over two years. I could not be happier with their products, services, and technicians. It nice to have a company that I can trust and rely on.

Our most recent experience with 'Team Energy Services' was extraordinarily satisfying.

Over 2 days we had 2 A/C units and 2 furnaces replaced with corresponding duct work completed for an install of one wireless zone. There will be three additional zones added (including 11 separate dampers) in the next week.

Most impressive was the fact that we had no service interruption during the evening/night hours !

The install team (3 technicians) was competent, efficient, clean and pleasant to communicate with.

A particular call out is appropriate for Scott (Installation manager) and Jason (Service manager) for their knowledge and accommodation.

We have been working with Energy Services for over 25 years--a real testimony to their integrity and service acumen !

I got a quote from here. The quote had many options and were all competitive with the market.

I felt like the person who came out was mostly interested in making a sale. I asked about options to relocate my AC unit. He provided the cost, but didn't take the time to discuss any negatives. Turns out, after talking to another company, relocating the AC unit would require a very long run exposed to elements and kill efficiency.

There are obviously a lot of great interactions with this company. You need to do some extra research on your own because the details may not be addressed properly in your initial interaction.

Energy Services is my go-to company for heating and air conditioning.
they have replaced the furnace and air conditioner for us. They also fixed a problem area by installing a zone system. In all of those cases, their work was done right the first time.
Their staff is superb. The office staff is friendly and accurate . The technicians are amazing. Installation teams have always been friendly, willing to explain anything and neat. Our regular maintenance is frequently performed by David Beam. He is second to none. always on time, friendly and neat.And again, he clearly answers any questions. I've never been disappointed by Energy Services.

Had my annual maintenance inspection 12/22/16,found both heat exchangers to be cracked, they have to shut off both furnaces , talked to owner explained we have 30 people coming for Christmas Eve, he promptly got back to me, sent his service mgr. to AURORA to pick up the 2 parts, they installed that afternoon. This is service above & beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone. Great service & competitive prices, Thanks Energy Services

I was charged $100 to be informed that my a/c was old and needed to be replaced. The unfortunate issue was the previous year they also came out to my place, replaced the capacitor and charged me $200+. As of right now, I have been waiting about 2+ months for this company to send me an estimate on a new A/C unit and have called multiple times requesting an estimate and still have not received anything.
