They are ALWAYS helpful! When you ask if they have a product for a health issue, they will make suggestionsAND, their suggestions have been helpful for me. I don't consider their suggestions as being "pushy" as one person posted.

Drove 50 minutes to get there because it says that they close at 9pm online. It turns out that they close at 8pm. I got to the door at 8:05 and was shewed away. I tried to call to let them know that I just needed one thing and to see if an exception could be made. The person at the counter looked at the phone and put it down. I'll just order online since I was told this was the only place who carries the brand I need.

I'm from Austin just visiting. I needed some protein powder so stopped by this place. My girlfriend and I usually get protein from Total Nutrition or Vitamin Shoppe but let me tell you, this place has it right. I paid ~35 for a large tub of protein that runs me ~55 at Total Nutrition. The best part? The people here didn't push me to buy anything. At TN they push products like their life depends on it. I also got some creatine powder for ~20 when I usually pay >30 at my usual stops. Seriously, you're wasting your time if you go somewhere else for sports nutrition. That's just my .02 so do whatever the f you wanna do.

Been going here for years! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, but not pushy. I've worked at a GNC before and was impressed at how much less expensive the exact same products were at Cost Plus. Definitely worth checking out.
