Location is ideal and convenient! Staff needs to improve on there understanding of proper business communication. With some small improvements this Motel has the potential to be a Great place to stay!

You know there are some bad reviews of this place but I sternly believe you get what you pay for, it may not be modern it may not be a perfect omelette station for the free breakfast. Its affordable and the people are genuinely polite and it is clean, very clean this hotel deserves a much better rating for the calamity these ignorant people have given it. I enjoyed my 3 night stay especially for the value they offered me on the rate!

Not a good stay! Booked the room online with my card. Got there ans paid cash for the stay. Was asked for a deposit on a smoking room. Got in the room and found 2 burn holes in the blanket. Got ready to checkout the next morning and was told that I burned the blanket and would not get my deposit back. Sad part i don't smoke and my friend didn't smoke in the bed. The holes where on my side of the blanket. I was told that the had to check with housekeeping about the holes. I asked why would you keep let them use damaged blankets? On top of the poor bed linen, out dated and damage stuff in the room, the breakfast and customer service was even worse! I do not suggest staying at dumb!

Was told by a Charlotte local to absolutely not stay there the day of our reservation, attempted to reach the hotel by phone, email, fax, and through Expedia and weren't able to reach them over the course of 5 hours in order to cancel the reservation. What kind of business doesn't answer the phone for 5 hours straight during the middle of the day?!?! Currently disputing the charges with our bank because they are attempting to charge us $165 for two nights that we did not stay there and were unable to cancel because they do not answer the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.

The place is good for the price. Room is clean and freshly painted, WiFi is good. Not a luxury hotel but completely acceptable.

Clean and smells fresh. Room temp on a hot summer night is a little warm but ok. Only real downside is the water pressure for a shower is awful. Otherwise it's a great deal for $64

Late night quick stop. Room $10 less then other hotels next door. Room was fine. Beds were small but comfy. Room was clean. Shower was nice, hot, and great pressure. Free breakfast. The host was friendly and was helpful. Only bad thing, one roach in the room ( surrounded by treed area, you're gonna have bugs). No chairs in the room. Great for a quick overnight with the family. Great for $65!!

This is a nice place to stay. The front desk young man was very Good and Welcome me and my Wife. And the Hotel was very clean and it was easy to find we would recommend it to Others.

I literally cancelled my reservation as soon as I pulled up. Was going to stay there for a concert for just one night and I automatically regretted making a reservation here. I understand the term now, "you get what you pay for". Great price, horrible neighborhood.

For being an economy hotel, I thought this place was a good deal. The hotel isn't too old or at least it may have been updated. The doors open to the outside. The room has a fridge, microwave, armchair, and desk with chair. The bathroom area want very charming but the place seemed clean. Breakfast offerings are pretty basic but there is a waffle iron and hard boiled eggs. The eating area is pleasant. There's a Wendy's next door and a couple of fast food options down the street. There must be a fire station close by because I heard sirens more than once, but with the room fan unit on, I didn't get woken up.

I read a lot of bad reviews when I was booking this hotel, but I have to say that from my experience, I'll disagree with them all. All the complaints I read about noise at 2am, drug dealers on the parking lot and etc - none of that happened while I was there. It's definitely not the best neighborhood in Charlotte but, oh well, you're paying $60 a night, so let's be realistic. Maybe I was just lucky? Maybe! But I can definitely say it was a great experience, the room was clean and tidy, as well was the bathroom. The staff during check-in/check-out was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good. If I did have something to complain about, that would be the towels - the body ones were tiny - would barely cover half of your body. So I do think they should improve that. Nothing major though. It's a 12-15 min drive from downtown, which I found very convenient. So overall, it was everything good and I would recommend it to my friends.
