Typical upper market used car lot. Their cars were nice, and were clean. Salesman wasn't pushy at all. No problems with test driving a few different models we were interested in. Problem came down to purchasing. They were overpriced about 10% compared to identical models we found on Internet at other dealers and they weren't willing to negotiate much(few hundred? Pfffft). We ended up getting a great deal that same evening over in Angola from a new car dealership that had a lease turn in.

Purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima from Concord cars 2 years ago. My husband and I were relucted on making payments on a vehicle. Our car salesman helped us find a car that was priced right where we needed it to be and after our car is paid off we would not of paid more than the car is worth because it was under book price. Our salesman worked with us until we were happy and after 2 years our car is still great! Wanting to purchase another one soon for my husband.

I dont think I can put into words what this experience has been like for my family and I. Joe at Concord Cars went above and beyond for all of us. We needed extra help to work out a deal to buy three cars and it took a lot of work, time, and patience on his part. He came through for us all and did an amazing job! Thank you again Joe and Concord Cars! WE WILL BE BACK!

Let me start by saying Joe treated me like family. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I had questions about, he gave very down to earth honest advice. I had picked out a car I was very interested in but was unfortunately not qualified for. Joe took the time to find a vehicle that was comparable if not better than what I originally picked out. The vehicle had all the bells and whistles I was looking for except one. It was missing cruise control, this was not a deal breaker but Joe knew that was one of the main features I was looking for. Joe made sure that this feature could be added and has made arrangements to have the feature installed for me at no extra cost to me. I have never had such kind and honest service from a dealership before. Joe went above and beyond to make sure that I got everything I was looking for in a vehicle and within my price range. I highly recommend this dealership and Joe for his exceptional customer service. I am now a proud owner of a 2015 Toyota Prius.

We purchased an SUV at Concord Cars after being out of the country for a couple of years. Kevin found the perfect car for us and made the process seamless. We walked out in a couple of hours with the keys to our car and have been very happy with it ever since. Drop by their easy to get to location and Kevin will make you feel like you are a VIP. They had a great selection, and the price was better than any we could find online. First time I never haggled over price.
