When into Gurley Leep Honda very nervous not knowing what I wanted, thankfully Trey was there to help me and guide me through the whole process.
Trey made me feel welcome, answering all my questions without hesitation. Was able to show me all the options I had, and came home with a Toyota Camry. Service was wonderful since I walked in everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

Great experience always with Gurley Leep Honda!
I purchased my 2012 Honda Fit in April/May 2017 from Trey, who STILL contacts me today to make sure I'm totally satisfied with my purchase. I knew the car I wanted, walked on the lot and Trey quickly found the vehicle and never pressured me into looking for something else. He walked me through the car, noted any issues and worked with me making sure all was taken care of. Even recently, when I went to replace the battery and had issues with the radio, I stopped in and Trey quickly assessed the issue and made sure to contact me back to make sure all was taken care of, which it was. In the next couple months, my husband will be looking for a new vehicle and we are making sure to stop into see Trey first!

I hesitated going to Gurley Leep,because the commercials were a little.cheesy. But, I was in search of a Honda and they were a dealer nearby. I completely regret ever hestitating to go. The salesman Steve that I worked with was NON-PRESSURE, which gained him huge brownie points. He also listened, and provided detailed answers whenever I had a question. He stayed well passed close to allow me time to test drive every car til I found "the One". When I finally committed, I received a smooth experience with the manager and finance team. I never felt lied to and didnt feel that I was just a number. The only delay was waiting to sign my paperwork. That was an understandable delay, with all the business they had going on though that day. Overall, will hands down return. Steve P, you were superb and so were the rest of your team! Thanks again, everyone!

Very disappointed. When I purchased my car here they were great however when it came to getting my recall taken care of not so much. I called to schedule an appointment to take care of the recall on three separate occasions and Everytime they were busy so I left a message and no one returned my call, between these called I tried to use there online scheduling twice and once again received nothing in return . I finally had to physically walk into the service area and talk to someone to get my recall taken care of . Rediculous!!!

You could not ask for more in a Honda dealership! From the moment we drove in, to the delivery of our 2 new vehicles we were shown first class service. Not only did our salesman (Adel) help find the right fit for our needs, he also went out of his way to make sure our daughter was entertained, chocolate cookie in hand. My husband, daughter and I went to the used car sale this evening. We had been working with a gentleman in Mishawaka who was very helpful. He was going to meet us there. While waiting we were helped by Ben. The cars we went to look at had been sold so he kept showing us things $10,000 to $15,000 above our budget. We explained the budget several times. He ridiculed us for paying cash and told us to go to buy a junk across the street. I've never been treated that poorly by a car salesman. He was an arrogant jerk. Maybe we can spend more, but it won't be at Gurley Leep. Too many other dealerships around. This guy us a total ass!

Last week we bought a 2017 Honda Civic at Gurley Leep in Elkhart. David and Brad beat an offer we had from an out of town dealer. David took lots of time to get us acquainted with our new ride and tied up the loose ends quickly. Michael, in the business office, was also very polite and professional in answering all of our questions before we signed on the "dotted line". Jeff, in the service department, took care of a couple of technical issues very efficiently. We hadn't purchased a new car in 35 years. The folks at Gurley Leep made it a worthwhile experience.

Bought a 2014 Honda Odyssey from Trey. He was very knowledgeable and came in on his day off to complete the deal. The used car manager gave us a great trade in on our 2013 Escape. Clark, in finance was finishing up a deal in front of us and got us right in, was very friendly and took great care of us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Gavin is a terrific sales person, he gives you space and lets you make up your mind yet he shows you all the feature he thinks you might like. He listens to you and gets to know you personally. He's a great guy and a great sales person! I love my Honda Odyssey, and I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from him.
