My hubby has been to many hotels and he says this is the first that he's felt completely welcomed to. The owners are extremely nice. She told us about her experience evacuating the keys and luckily coming back to no damage and power. She opened her hotel up to families down there in need who lost everything. You can tell they are great people. Very friendly dogs are on the property. Even with them allowing pets, their rooms are clean and smell like downy. My only complaint would be that the bed was extremely squeeky. We would definitely stay again though.

Wonderful stay. Though it was for one night, comfortable bed, spacious room, clean, and bottled water was supplied for us,which was needed after our cousin's wedding! Owners are very welcoming. Definitely recommend to friends and family. Will be coming back. Glad you all survives Irma!

A great location in the middle if the Keys. Our room was updated and nice. Cindy is a true "Welcome Home" hostess. I suggest that you listen to her recommendations for the area. Great value for the price.

Cindy and Mike make you feel like family! Room was newly updated and was clean and comfortable. Loved getting to watch the manatees play in the morning, and loving on her pups! Will definitely be back!

they were very nice people whom made us feel at home.. rooms nice and clean parking on site you can see your car you have recommendations for places to eat and visit and pet friendly . i really was happy with conch on inn i will go back. again room are clean and up dated great place

Fantastic little place! Owners are so nice and friendly. Made us feel welcomed and at home right away. Gave us lots of great suggestions for food and things to do in the area. Booked their smallest room and it's nice and cozy, perfectly comfortable for two people. Nice amenities, room was clean and well kept. Very animal friendly as a nice plus. Will absolutely stay here again if we are back in the area.

The rooms were clean but the beds were a bit hard. The ac needs some cleaning. The baseboards in the bathroom needs some attention..

The room itself was clean, however the walls near the floor are very dirty and stained. In general it is an old place and in need of updating. We checked on a Friday night and all seemed well, then we woke up the next day and left the room to discover thousands (literally thousands) of small black flies. Talk about effin creepy, had we checked in and saw those we would have went somewhere else. We spoke with the housekeeper about them and she said she'd never seen them before and they were gone later when we came back. As I write this it's still the afternoon of the same day, so we don't know what tomorrow brings.

It's not very often That the places we choose to stay in on our vacations make you feel like like it's a Home & not just another Motel, The owners of the “Conch On Inn Motel” do just that. From the time introduce themselves to you Cindy & Mike do their best to make sure you feel at home. The listing of their favorite restaurants (and even their favorite Meal), Places for great sunsets and all on all on a printed sheet to make your stay as familiar as it would be for a local.
Cleanliness is 5 stars and the linens and towels are changed every day and the rooms are spotless. My next trip to the Florida Keys will include another stay @ the “Conch On Inn Motel”.

Our room is clean, freshly painted and remodeled. The mattress is comfortable.,The pillows are firm and supportive. Cindy, the proprietor is very helpful in providing info on local eateries and sightseeing. Overall very positive and decent place to stay. If you are looking for comfortable, homey environment at decent price, this is the place to go. We will definitely come back next year to stay.
