Timeshare condo in a beautiful setting. Comfortable boat-lovers paradise with docking out front and parking for your trailer near-door at a reasonable additional cost.

I came in to enjoy a trip in October with my parents who own a place here and had a great weekend, except 1 day. Saturday. There was some sort of party that got extremely loud and obnoxious. There were unattended children running everywhere, making it hard for some people to enjoy the pool. This party also seemed to take over the pool and break every single rule in place. I overheard one of the party goers on the phone saying he didn't have to pay to be there and this friend on the phone should just come on down. Now this is unacceptable. The people who actually paid to be there couldn't even enjoy it due to this party that included people who didn't pay. These people were also not the kind of people you would expect to see at such a nice place as this. Not to mention this party went all night, if it weren't for the live music across the water we would have had to listen to the screaming kids and drunk singing adults all night. My husband and I were interested in buying here but now we will definitely be staying away from owning and only visiting once in while.

The lobby has been upgraded, the room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. This place is great to disconnect.

This is my home away from home. I can't wait to get there, and I always hate to leave. Every year we stay longer and longer. They have done a great job on the upgrades in the rooms and the lobby, and always strive for excellence. They have a friendly staff and you meet people from all over the world. Can't wait till next year!!

Room is spacious and the view at sunset is beautiful. Hottub is small and the access is separate of the pool. The nearest restaurant gilberts is about 75 yards across the channel or 1.2 miles by car.

Beautiful view of the water in a little corner of the world. Seems very peaceful yet it was by the highway so the local shops were not far. All the basics were included and the resot had a tennis court as well.

We chose to stay here for two or three evenings for Logistics and transportation of friends getting on and off our boat. A bit pricey. So for that reason, We took full advantage of the Resort amenities for the marina with the exception of the actual Hotel building itself. From the very moment of docking we were assisted wonderfully. There are plenty of beach chairs umbrellas picnic tables and nice grills available for your use there are two unisex showers and bathrooms available for the marina guests. We took advantage of the pool and the jacuzzi it was delightful to be able to swim as the pool was heated. We took advantage of the grills and they worked perfectly for us. It was nice to see a friendly atmosphere where people could also fish from the dock, if they were guests of the resort. I personally enjoyed the music from Gilbert's across the river however at times it was exceptionally loud especially with boats blasting their own music.. The facility could be cleaned and tidied up just a bit. We will certainly use this place again if our travels require it. If you pay for parking which is $15 a day, make sure you are given a pass so the security guard does not harass you. The property has a guard gate as well which is nice for security.
