This place is a must stop whenever we cross the border. We love their grilled sandwiches and amazing selection of organic produce and products. Great staff, too.
Healthy alternatives to typical grocery offerings. Some things are more $$ than chain stores and some are less. They do have some hard to find items and health and beauty depts.
This place is getting way to expensive and you still got it pay anual dues and the 90 DOLLAR lifetime fee. Needs regulation or needs better management. Products are good , but you can get the same for less somewhere else. Not to happy with the co-op anymore.
Beautiful store, great products, helpful staff. Expensive, but that is the norm for good wholesome food, I guess in our modern society. Personally I think we should not accept anything less than wholesome food but we should also not accept anything less than fair prices. I do understand that is complicated by many outside factors, but something that should be addressed nevertheless.
I've been a member for many years. Good food selection. Wonderful options out of the deli.
I really enjoy the welcoming feeling I get from all the staff at the Co-op. Everyone that I encounter goes out of their way to be helpful. This is my favorite place to shop and down.
It's nice to visit a local health food store that isn't a huge conglomerate chain. Comparable pricing to most other health food stores. Lots of fresh organic produce and a great deli counter of tasty froofy healthy salads and protein options.
Prices here are insane. And the whole "oh you pay more for quality and community" is BS. The quality is good, but this place sells many/similar products as more than double the cost of competitors. I'm seeing more and more price gouging in the food industry by these so-called "whole food markets". What was the first thing Amazon did when they bought out Whole Foods? They lowered the prices by upwards of 50%. Why? Because they were monumentally inflated. Just like this co-op. IMO the only thing worth getting here is the local cream. Everything else can be purchased at 1/2 the price at Trader Joe's.
The employees are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to answer questions. The store is well lit and bright, it's all organized well and has a large variety of products. The produce is excellent. They often carry fresh, local seafood, poulty and grass feed meat. The deli has delicious soups, salads and main dishes, you can get to go or eat in the cafe area. The suppliment section has a wide selection of products and there is always someone there to ask if you have questions.
Great location. Bigger than the downtown one. Lots of parking, both locations are right next to bus stops. Good produce, large beauty and skincare section, both Avenue bread and Breadcrumbs bread just like the downtown location.
For many food items this is our "go to" spot I wish the deli was better if we like or request something they used to have it's never seen again.
Parking is so so. Handy to where we live Better than many coops.
This is such a cool store. They have lots of organic and natural products. They also have a great deli and a salad bar where you can get a quick lunch.
My favorite place to be after an early morning Bolt Bus run. But this time I was there in the evening. Needed dinner.. so did the normal thing.. selected 3 deserts and then my meal. I chose well, so easy to do there.
