  Terrible service completely destroyed car and denied doing repairs that they caused! BROUGHT MY NEW BMW TO THE GREECE FACILITY FOR THEM TO DO A FULL DETAIL TO AND THEY DESTROYED THE FRONT BUMPER AND SIDE OF CAR ALSO BLEW THE AMP THEN DENIED THAT THEY DID. Worst service will take your money but won't take responsibility for the damages there young employees do to your car. AVOID BRINGING YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT IT.

  I take both my my cars here. Though I don't let the dryers touch my cars the wash service has been great. I usually drive out of my way to go to this location.

  Ok but dryers are in a big hurry. Can see out of my side mirrors again! I've been coming since you opened this location.
  Why did you change the soap? It was always on the fruity side. Always nice. Now it's just florally and annoys everyone's allergies. Doesntake you feel like you got the car washed! Change it back!

  I am so thankful to employees of Delta Sonic in Webster off Empire Blvd. I was in such a panic as my keys got locked in my car along with my purse and phone. I didn't know what to do but much to my surprise I was helped by (I believe his name is) George from detail dept. It wasnt an easy task however he was able to get me back inside my car! He remained positive and comforting the entire time and didnt give up. I am forever thankful.

  Clean, visually appealing. I've never had to wait in line for gas and the car washes are quick, of quality, and affordable.

  Complete scum bag business. Come in expecting a $20 oil change, next thing I know they ended up providing all of these unnecessary services my car did not need and charging me $200 to do so. 50/50 chance your car will leave the wash or detail shop in worse shape than coming in, and completely ripping you off to do so. Will never return.

  I've had my car washed here for a long time. The good: Monthly pass is a fair price. The car wash does a pretty good job. The bad: Cars are loaded in way too close togethertoo many cars get hit in there! I have three friends who have been hit in there, so I'm nervous everytime. Also, I hate that you can't see how long the line is until it's too late to get out. And someone should be directing traffic when it's really busy, because the whole place is irritating.

  A large SUV hits me from behind inside Delta Sonic while being loaded into the conveyer. Delta Sonic says, sorry your bumper is damaged, have a nice day! What!!! Clearly the video showed the SUV was loaded to close to my car, but the car wash manager had 100 reasons why it wasn't their fault. It's good to have choices. Hello Royal Wash goodbye Delta Sonic.
  
  They certainly don't need me as a customer (I had 3 monthly wash passes), I have several other car wash choices and I now have a banged up bumper.
