Location is good once you get there. The driveway has a terrible bump when you drive in. I tried to inquire about vacancies just prior to my arrival by phone. I was put on a very long wait time in reservations. I called back got the actual motel but they too were having computer slowness. When I arrived service was better and they did have vacancies. I am very pleased with the room. However, water faucet could use more pressure. Breakfast was good. A variety of food choices and beverages. Staff was attentive. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

We had a lovely time with a separate seating area. The room was well turned out. The bed was very comfortable. There was a large tub and even a desk for those on a working vacation. Very nice indeed.

THE PEOPLE HERE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, A VERY SPECIAL THANKS TO ONE OF THE HOSTESS THAT ALLOWED US TO GET IN THE POOL, EMERALD POINTE HAD SHUT DOWN BUT SHE WAS A BLESSING TO MY FAMILY YOUR KINDNESS IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. THE BREAKFAST HERE NEEDS TO BE BETTER .THE HOTEL IS NICE, BUT NEED MORE OF A VARIETY FOR BREAKFAST, DON'T HAVE MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM I EXPECT BETTER FROM THE HYATT. IT'S A GREAT LOCATION AS WELL

Solid place. Didn't much love the food, or the after hours coffee, though the after hours drinks were good. The rooms were pretty solid and the staff was exceptionally great throughout. Uniformly wonderful to engage with. Would recommend. Solid place.

This hotel is awesome! I rented the meeting room here on 2 different occasions and the service was impeccable both times. The hotel was very clean, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. Thank you Hyatt PlaceC.K.

It was very clean. The hotel was well furnished and modern. The staff was very attentive, hospitable, and friendly. The children enjoyed the outdoor pool. The breakfast was the best we have had to date at a hotel. I would recommend this to all my friends and family.

Hyatt Place is ok for a hotel. It's best feature is the free breakfast with a daily variety of food choices. The hotel has an odd odor that isn't appealing to me. It's not bad. I just don't care for it
