  Mike was outstanding and worked hard to make sure our system was in good working order. He was persistent at figuring out what the issue was and used a variety of techniques to solve the problem. I was impressed with his knowledge of the system and his professionalism. He is an outstanding asset to your company.

  I have used Comfort Pro for years. They are friendly, dependable, and the servicemen who come to the home treat the home and the customer with respect and honesty. I first had Jake, who is still my "go to" guy if I have questions, even though he is now promoted and working in the office. Next came Geoff, whose knowledge as well as friendliness was a real asset for me. And now I have the privilege of doing business with Zane who is top-notch, knows his field, and always willing to help when needed. Comfort Pro has never let me down. Great company!!!

  I called Comfort Pro to diagnose low air flow. The company told me the name of the technician that would be assigned to my appointment. Cole was great. He took the time to explain what he was investigating and told me what the issue was. He explained my options to me to fix or replace very clearly. He was patient with me as I tried to ensure I understood my options and a ball-park cost for each one of those options so I could make an informed decision. He was professional, polite, and courteous. Given the age of my unit (over 12 years old and rust on coils), I will be exploring the option of replacing the unit. He helped set up an appointment for an estimate for that promptly prior to leaving. I did not have any work done yet, but felt the assessment was accurate and professional.

  They are very pleasant to speak to. Every Tech that has come out are very professional and knowledgeable of their jobs. Nate was very thorough. Dawn and Alex are just so nice. Comfort Pro does a great job and the management has great employees.

  Mike checked A/C system thoroughly. Recommended minor repair now to prevent possible future problems. Reasonable prices. On time. Explained everything to me & answered my questions. Couldn't ask for more!
  Always easy to make an appointment that fits my schedule.
  Been utilizing Comfort Pro services for years.
  Very satisfied!
