Put clay down before laying sod. Half the sod does and it took over a year for the remainder of the sod to start growing. It was a big mess and the owner was terrible to deal with. He said he sent top soil, but I told him if it looks like clay , feels like clay and won’t absorb water like clay, then, it’s clay.!!
I would not recommend them to anyone because their materials and cheap.

From time to time I have to buy gravel for my driveway. I took my two grandsons with me to Caballero's.

I asked if we could look around and they said yes. The boys had a great time examining each pile of rocks, stones, sand and gravel.

Along the way they picked up two large rocks. Caballero's was kind enough to give the boys the rocks.

I went to the window and places my order.

They were great in helping me determine how much I needed to order.

Delivery was on time and dumped where I needed it.

Great customer service. Called and ordered 7 yards of masonry sand to level my yard and it was delivered 2 days later. The reason for the 3 stars is because the sand had a whole lot of big chunks of clay and rocks. I can understand a few, but there was way too much. This is not what you want when trying to level your yard. I would suggest driving out to their location to inspect the product before ordering. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering masonry sand from them again for my next levelling session.

I purchased two 30 gallon lives oaks. These guys have the BEST price anywhere in the metroplex, saved me $100's. They came out and planted both for a fee (but again, less than the competition) and did a great job. Very nice guys. On time. Quality job! Will def use again.

Fast, Friendly and Free delivery around Justin, or they'll load you up on the spot. It's a family owned small business and the only time I've ever had an issue there, they were eager to make it right! Oh and if you grow flowers or veggies, definitely grab their garden mix.
