  Watkins roofing went out of their way to provide quality service. They were extremely patient and helpful when dealing with my insurance company after my roof suffered damage from hurricane Ida. They stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process and, once we got final approval from my insurance company, they promptly scheduled the installation of my new roof. And, they did an excellent job. Dedicated & skilled workers were exceptional with their efficiency and professionalism. Additionally, Austin Langford who was overseeing the project was on top of everything. He was on site during my roof installation and made sure I was delighted with the results. I highly recommend Watkins Construction & Roofing.

  From the first call from start to finish Watkins offered excellent customer service . They took us thru each step and made the process super easy. They installed our entire roof and did inside ceiling repair in one day. Great crew. Jamie and Chad were great to work with. Daniel was our project manager and was great!! I would recommend Watkins to everyone!!!

  Watkins Construction installed a new roof on our house, and we could not be more pleased. Marc Brewer went over and beyond dealing with a warranty claim with the shingles company. Justin and Chad did an amazing job keeping us informed. The quality work performed by Blake, Matt and the roofing crew was top notch, and we were so impressed by the clean up work done by the roofing crew. I would highly recommend Watkins for any roofing needs.

  Our home in Brandon, MS sustained hail damage in April of 2021. Our decision to use Watkins Roofing was based on their solid reputation and the best advertising you can get….word of mouth. We know several homeowners who used Watkins and were quick to recommend them. We were impressed with their sales rep, Michael who was very knowledgeable and professional. The installation crew arrived as scheduled and was very careful to protect our outdoor furniture and landscaping. The finished product looks great and the crew did an excellent job with the cleanup. We highly recommend Watkins Roofing.

  Moving into an older home has it's benefits and downfalls. We finally had to get a new roof. After months of playing phone tag with other roofers. Jeff Thomas from Watkins was the ONLY one that immediately responded. He came out the next day and explained how the process worked and "that it is painless because the guys in the office deal with the insurance, you really don't have to do a thing." Whenever I spoke to or texted someone from Watkins, they all knew about the project or had an answer for me. The entire staff is kind and they actually know what they are talking about, they kept me up to date. The installation was quicker than expected and the crew showed up on time and worked! My old house was build in the late 40's, so I think they had their work cut out for them. The crew worked and were done BEFORE I got home from work.
  When Jeff said they clean up, they really do! No nails, paper, trash or old shingles were to be found. An amazing perk, is the project manager Jack, sent me a link so I was able to see the pictures of the process. Since my husband was not able to participate in this process, it is VERY nice that all the men, Jeff Thomas, Waymon Thornton, Chad Savage, Matt and Jack, that I spoke/met with, were respectful and patient when I asked my MANY questions. They worked with my schedule and wouldn't stop until I was 100% happy. Thank you Watkins!
