The lady there for breakfast was amazing and so helpful. She helped get a high chair for my son and showed me the last cup of pumpkin spice waffle batter. Her kindness made my dad there.

Great location for the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta! The staff are friendly and professional. The beds are relaxing & comfortable for a nice recharging sleep. The rates are budget conscious and they serve daily hot breakfast. Easy place to check in and check out while on your travels to and through ABQ.

Excellent customer service. I stay here once a week and I get the same excellent service time after time. The cleaning crew does a great job. At the reception Pilar she always very attentive greats you with a smile. Great place to stay in Albuquerque

Our first room had a weird smell to it but when we asked for a room change the staff was willing and our next room was a lot better.

Pros: good shower head. Cons: musty smelling room, and a mattress wrapped in thick plastic with a fitted sheet that didn't fit so you sleep with the fitted sheet rolled over you or you are sleeping on loud, hard plastic.

We usually stay at Comfort Inns, but this was highly disappointing.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Everything was clean and everyone all the up to the General manager was very kind. By far this is the best hotel i have stayed at. Great for pets too, there is actually a very nice small grass area for your pets to potty. It was also very very quiet. Pool, hot tub and breakfast were a good bonus as well. Definitely worth it!

My family and I enjoyed our stay, we had a clean comfortable room at a fair price. We also enjoyed the relaxing Jacuzzi before bed and the good breakfast in the morning. There are several food places to have a meal close by as well. Definitely worth the price paid.

Going location, gas close by along with several selections for food. Nice indoor pool and breakfast area is huge. Lots of tables and room to move with others aroumd.

Just when the heat started acting up, this room had the best AC. Best sleep I've gotten this whole road trip. Soft bed and pillows just made night perfect. Breakfast was pretty good as well and coffee was excellent.

Room location great.. The carpet could use a little update as well as the tub. No fridge in the room.. but staff very nice and the room was clean.. I'd stay again

My mom, sister & nephew stayed here for 3 days 4 nights. I did not stay the night but was there with them daily as I live here in town. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable of the area and kind. From housekeeping on up.

Mom & sister ate breakfast each morning and it held them over well until lunch. The indoor pool & spa was clean. The teens swam twice while we were there, us once. We enjoyed that the pool stayed open a bit later for adults than for kids. We appreciated that a large Burger King is right there in the same / nearby parking lot as it made grabbing a quick bite without loading my whole large family up easy.
