The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I would recommend Comfort Inn to travelers or others who need a night's rest.

This is one of the nicest Comfort Inns I have stayed. Clean, well maintained, friendly staff, and good got breakfast. It's in a good location that provides easy access to North, East and the West sides of Knoxville. This will be my preferred hotel anytime I need to travel this way.

We arrived at 2am and we had a king. This place is amazingly clean and comfortable, being over the road in a semi, we review a lot of places. The room smelled and looked so welcoming, it was so nice. Our dog even enjoyed the room. The staff was also very nice.

My RATING IS WRONG. SHOULD BE ZERO!
We have stayed with you every year for the Homecoming for 10 years now. We will not be back. Over the years this motel upkeep is lacking big time. The rugs are so dirty that by walking with socks on my socks were black. I don't think the floor in the bathroom has ever been washed. When you pull back the covers on the bed, there was trash on the floor along the bed skirt. Something had been spilled on the bed skirt and had dried there. The last straw was, the toilet tank overflowed. I keep my medical supplies in a suitcase under the sink. The were sitting in water and were ruined. Last but not least, where were the group of musicians that have played in the breakfast room the last couple of years? People choose to stay at your motel to hear that group play. With all the changes at the Homecoming and the problems with your motel, I doubt if we will ever return to TN.

It was okay. Lots of fast food places nearby with a Waffle House just a foot of hill. But there was no pool & I didn't see a exercise room. We were paying cash but they require a charge card on file. They wouldn't accept cash until we left. So I e day on hold at bank. We decided to stay another day, and still wouldn't take cash until check out. So now 2 days on hold at bank. Then just to make sure they put a 2 day stay on hold. Now there are 4 days in hold for Fri and Sat. By Mon am, still on hold although paid cash. Strange accounting.

Nice rooms. Bathroom is a bit small but clean. Breakfast was good, had a large variety and open until 10 a.m. so we could sleep in.

For the price this comfort inn was not a great value. Our phone did not work, the door to room did not read the card half of the time. The location was great. It was just north of Knoxville. Very pretty area. Breakfast was ok - nothing to write home about. Probably the worst thing was at one point the clerk gave someone else the keys to our room. They opened the door and said oops. The pool area was not cleaned up. The clerk explained it as an honest mistake, but still I expect more from Comfort Inn.

Spotlessly clean, completely non-smoking. Staff was helpful and friendly at every moment; breakfast was fresh and hot, with a good variety of food. Public areas were immaculate and the room was perfect with a very comfortable pillow-top bed. Even the elevators, stairs, and exterior of the building were clean and well kept. Highly recommend.

Here for training seminar so I can't really speak for location. It is close to where I need to be each day but I'm not sure about how close It is for normal tourists and their hot spots. Not much more than fast food places in the general area and no night life. Room is fine and comfortable though with no night life the tv could be updated. The service is terrific and very friendly.
