I thought this was a really nice hotel and had one the most reasonable rates in the area. The staff was helpful and the rooms were nice and clean. It was close to everything and easy to find. Check-in was easy and check out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the only hotel that didn't turn me away when asked if my 33 lb Beagle was allowed. Then we get to our room and it was nice than many 3-4 star hotels we've stayed at. Definitely support this hotel and let them know they're making the right decision to allow pets.

We went in and then soon after we went out. It looked nothing like the photos. The rooms had not been newly renovated like they said they were. We were suppose to have a queen bed suite. Our room had 2 beds. The blankets on the bed were dingy. It looked like something out of the 70's. We decided we were going to go somewhere else so when we got our money refunded she shorted us $75. Then she was rude when my huband told her that wasn't right. She then got on her little calculator again and saw she short changed us. We had to pay the first nights stay due to their policy. So when you just throw away $130, that should tell you what kind of place that was.

We've been doing a good bit of traveling lately and stayed in a wide range of hotels, some really nice expensive places, some not so much. For the price point of this hotel, this strikes us as a very nice place. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They had a delicious hot breakfast. We were even allowed to take our Yorkie along, a very big plus for us! We would return again.

Made a reservation for our family vacation. Our room was dark and dreary feeling, and felt very cramped. There was a HUGE dark mirror running along one wall, the darkness of it gave a concern of it possibly being a 1 way window, just weird. Both beds were made with sheets that had stains on them and all 3 bath towels that were used had either hair or stains on them. Just not a good experience. Needless to say, we left after one night and would have left sooner had we been able to find reservations elsewhere on a weekend in peak season.

THERE WAS A RAT IN THE POOL! IT WAS TAKING A DIP! beside that.. the hotel was very nice. Awesome waffles and eggs. Very nice place and not too much money ($150)

Cons
1. A/c was not as cold as it should of been.
2. Outlets loose from the wall
3.Faucet in bathroom sink was really loose and about to fall off
4. Pool is really small
5. Breakfast is on 3rd floor instead of lobby so really noisy early in the morning when they were setting up ( hints: we were on 3rd floor )
Pros
1. Decent size rooms
2. 2nd sink out in the room
3. Property is pretty clean
4. Nice staff

Well I never actually went in. I happened upon this place while out catching Pokemon. The location is in the heart of Pigeon Forge, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The place had a decent appearance from the outside, including an outdoor pool is think. Didn't experience much more than that though.

Not the cleanest hotel. I feel like fresh paint is covering up some stuff. The decor in rooms was outdated.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at!! Super clean & friendly staff. Had cookies and warm cider awaiting when we returned from our daily outings. Had a fun window seat where I could look out at the mountains and watch traffic at night. Room service even left a bag with fresh towels on our room door, since we had the "do not disturb" sign hanging. Room was very large and nice little set-up. We had the two queen bed suite. Very affordable. Would definitely stay here again. Great location in the middle of everything and easy access!! Made our trip perfect!!

Room was very clean upon entering for the first time. Employees at the front desk were very friendly. The provided breakfast was decent, but left something to be desired. The bathroom only offered two bars of soap and a bottle of shampoo. Also, the room had an interesting aroma coming from the air conditioning unit. The hotel as a whole felt very private and comfortable. For the location and accommodations, the price was very reasonable.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay here! I liked how big the tv was, but wish I could play online with my Switch. I thought the staff was very nice & the free breakfast was really good! I do think there's room for improvement such as sheets/pillows has stains, one of our outlet covers were broken and the bathroom sink was rigged with two spare poles didn't seem safe.
