My kids has thrived in the environment i have chosen for them. I am confident that the staff and teachers have their best interest at heart, honestly care for them , and are committed to providing them a quality education. I love this daycare and my girls love it too i really recommend this place

My kids have been here a little over a month and I absolutely love this place!!! The teachers are all amazing, they treat my kids like their own! I also really love how they have LIVE cameras I can watch any time I want, even though I never go on because I trust them that much. I couldn't ask for a better daycare for my kids to be at!

When my daughter first started she had stayed at home with me until she was about 12 months. The wonderful teachers and staff mad the transition for my whole family as easy as possible. In the beginning my husband and I wanted to transfer her to a closer location to our house. After about a month we knew we couldn't because our daughter loved it so much. So now when we ask if she wants to go to school she goes straight to the door and can't wait to go in. Thank you everyone at precious angels.

My three year old daughter currently attends school here. The staff is our second family they are absolutely amazing with her!! I do not trust anyone to "watch" her however I would leave her with any one of the staff members out side of school hours. She has learned so much in such a short period of time and in my opinion would be able to test into kindergarten early. The camera view option is an added bonus however with the level of trust that has been formed with the school I never go on and watch.

My child has been going to this daycare for almost 3 years and to be honest I was looking for a new daycare until the center had started under new management, Precious Angels has done a complete 360 since my child started here. Dawn and Amanda have and im positive, will continue to improve the quality of this center. Just to name a few changes I am happy about , for one the teachers are wonderful, and positive every morning, the rooms are very clean, if i have a concern it gets addressed promptly, and most of all safety, there has been a situation where I learned that my child is safe and protected in this facility. Thank you Ladies

My daughter attends this center and I have had nothing but a great experience since the switch of directors and staff. Before Amanda and Dawn had taken over I was ready to pull my child out. Amanda came to me and her exact words are do not make any rash decisions. We are working to better our center and that its going to take time. Then she did what the other directors has never done, Amanda asked me to sit down and let me explain my concerns. Amanda and her staff treat each child as if they are their own. Yes my daughter has had many teachers in and out of her class and those teachers are teachers who are currently employed in the center, you make it sound like they are hiring and firing so many people and that's not true. Allie you sound like you were happier with the old directors and you say you wonder why the new staff currently only have two stars but the directors before had none. You also said that Amanda and the staff were amateurs and rude. I'm sorry I have to beg to differ because this new staff seem highly educated you on the other hand do not. Can't even spell the words you use. You also said that you feel academics are important which I agree but a childcare is not a school. I think the staff is nothing how you describe them, I will be the first to say my child is no angel and I give props to ALL the staff at Precious Angels for dealing with everything they go through on a daily. Who ever is the highest on the chain should be proud to have such a strong, organized, professional staff to run their company. I love Precious Angels and feel like they are truly part of my family!!!!!

Beyond aweful experiences with this daycare!
Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
If you're looking for a place to get your child(ren) ready for their future and ready for school, I HIGHLY advise looking else where because you will NOT get that here.
They're rated only 2 stars for a reason.
The "teachers" don't know how to control the children (with the exception of 1 teacher who has been there the longest and she is the LAST of the teachers left from when the daycare was under the old administrator)
The new administrator is beyond rude.
They don't have their priorities straight.
Amanda texts me at work to get some information for paper work, but doesn't get a hold of me when my daughter gets a black eye then claims that we need to update out number on our paper work. The number on the paper work was the same number she texted earlier She has my work number also as well as my kids dad's number.
My son who is fully potty trained when he's with me and with anyone else coincidently has accidents 3-4 times a week but ONLY when he's at daycare, not when he's at home at grandparents his aunts no where else.
They don't pay attention to the kids I've come to pick up my kids and in a class room with 2 "teachers" they feel the need to have BOTH teachers backs to the kids talking to the parents and a good 80% of the kids are climbing on the table. In my opinion only 1 "teacher" needs to talk to the parents at one time thats why there's 2 "teachers" right?
There is no consistency in a matter of a week my son had 5 different "teachers" in his room.
I was told by Amanda herself
"We focus on socializing because it is becoming an issue in the schools"
In my opinion academics are more important than being social. Yes, good socialization is important but a good education is more important. I'd rather my kids be getting A' s and B's in school than have 100 friends and on every sport team education is what's going to them to go far in life not how many friends they have.
Over all rude insulting administrator Amanda, and Amiture "Teachers" with the exception of Mrs Andria which sadly not everyone is lucky enough to get her thankfully my kids got to be with her and she's the only reason I stayed so long.

Unorganized, Inconsistent & Inconsiderate Staff (with the exception of the Asst. Director, Shes very sweet and they dont deserve her). Most of them dont have the patience to withstand their positions. I was terrified to pick my children up every evening because there was ALWAYS SOMETHING! The first week we had 3 incident reports that NONE of the staff were a witness to (this place has live surveillance). Lastly, i was called to pick my children because my 2yo kept opening the doors to the classroom (which were latch and at childrens eye levels). The children were picked up but were denied care the next day. We were told that they arent allowed to return until the "regional director" had a meeting with us (sounds pretty extensive for a 2yo that had never attended daycare prior to right?). The DIRECTOR nor The "REGIONAL DIRECTOR" Contact me ONCE on the matter AT ALL. I found that to be unsettling because if it was so serious why wasnt i contacted by them at all and by the assistant director initially? Needless to say i withdrew my children from the daycare. I called prior to coming to withdraw them and to ask if the "regional director" was there, and was told "no".. I was out in the parking lot when i placed that call! I walked in and guess who was there!!! I was never asked why i was taking them out i was just told "Ok". Id rate the place NO STARS! Please parents, if you love your children please dont take youre children here.

I've worked for precious angels a little while now but before that my kids were in the daycare. I absolutely LOVE the director Amanda, as my son started in her room when he was only a year and a half. There is no one that I would trust more with my children in her care than her. She is so loving and does everything she can for the kids. She treats them as her own and she accommodates every parent. She only hires people who she knows truly cares about children and their development. I would recommend this daycare to ANYONE!

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff at Precious Angel's Childcare. It's a relief to have my kids at the center for over 10 years and to know they have been taught well in the preparing for kindergarten. I also love the patience that all the teachers/owners have had with my children. It's hard finding people who are strong willed enough to deal with the challenges of a child. My children treat the daycare as a second home and for this I enjoy the fact my kids are that comfortable here.
