  We stayed here this weekend for 2 notes. We had a King size bed that was very comfortable. Room was very clean and large. New owner, said he purchased the motel in May. He was very easy to deal with, check in was quick, and he was very friendly. We would defenitely stay here again

  it is a clean motel with larger rooms. A good placet o stay situated across from a fruit and vegetable market very close to the park.

  Colonial Inn is a great place to stay. It is clean, comfortable , quiet and the price is right. It has all the things that we need and it is very close to the Letchworth State Park. We are highly recommend it to the travelers.

  Very uncomfortable to stay there, for the following reasons:
  1. no electrical outlet in the bath room, I could not blow dry my hair in front of the mirror and my husband could not use his electrical water pik for his teeth cleaning.
  2. toilet flushed 90%.
  3. towels were very old & looked dirty. no hooks to hang towels in the bath room.
  4. water turned burning hot 2/3 times during the shower.
  5. the room will not be cleaned up unless you specifically ask for it.
  6. no lights on or by the desk to read the map or browse the computer.
  
  However, the owner was very helpful, he gave me the extension cord as I requested and he was very nice and reasonable to let us cancel one night. The location was close to the park. The rate was low, we only paid a daily rate of $85 (with senior discount) for the room with one queen size bed.

  We have stayed here 2 years in a row and this will be our 3rd stay this year. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the owners are pleasant. We had a large group and they grouped our rooms together which was really nice.

  My wife and I stayed 2 nights here, and the rooms were super clean, the beds very comfy, and the showers extra spacious! The view was beautiful and the rates reasonable -- definitely a 10/10 experience at a bargain rate. Just needs a bed & breakfast and it'll be perfect.

  Nice clean spot. Nothing fancy but clean and quiet. Check out the Charcoal Corral in Perry! It a whole family experience.

  By far this is one of the best locations if visiting Letchworth State Park! VERY! clean rooms.Owner lives on site.We revive lots of help when needed. Extremely friendly people!!!I highly recommend this to others visiting that park!
