I'm here at 10:30am Saturday July 29 to inquire about apartments. There are signs all over saying the office is open Saturdays from 10am-4pm and they are currently closed. There is a sign on the door saying 'CLOSED. We will reopen at 9:00'. When I call the office the message states all agents are with other customers and asks me to wait for next available person. I didn't wait but I wonder how many people are fooled by that message. Very disappointed I drove all the way out here for this.

Worst staff. Not professional they doesn't even know how to welcome guests. The buildings are smelly and trashy. The only advantage is the location. The houses are very close by in every buildings and they smell. Will never think of visiting this again.

Professional Manager in the office, Alex Rohrbach was accommodating with my schedule, as I have a busy schedule and needed to tour the apartments at odd hours. Great community and swimming pool and playgrounds. Plus complex is in one of the best school districts in Delaware.

The location is perfect, right off of 95, near all types of food, alcohol, gas stations, bars, laundry facilites are on the premises, along with a gym and pool.

This apartment complex used to be good and safe when Jeff was working there. I moved in with my family 2013. Our rent was cheap and the apartment complex was very safe for everyone even visitors. When Jeff moved outta, Nicole told over as a receptionist. One of the inexperience receptionist I've ever mentre in my entire life. She is un professional, she talks to you as if to say she's responsable for ur rent, and she has no commonsense. The manager Donald is very nice, he always recognize all his tenants when ever he seen you. The pool is a mess in the summer, they allow outside to use the pool without requesting for pool passes. The train around L apartments is very loud. I wish they can decreased rent for those who live around the training track and on 1st floor. Plus if they work on their customers service it will be a better place to live.
