I have been an employee at Riddle Village for 21 years and have to say it has been a great place to work. I enjoy the relationships I have built with the residents over the years and management does a great job trying to make Riddle Village an enjoyable place to work. I think so highly of the Village that I am always eager to show it off to family and friends and recommend Riddle Village as a great place to live!

Activities are great. You can keep as busy as you care to. Food is good in three dinning rooms. It's like living on a cruse ship

Serious Questions as to the Ethical integrity of the personnel in admissions. It would appear that some people are admitted for independent living even though they are not capable of independent living and further that they selectively ignore or lack the professionalism to identify signs of Dementia (including Alzheimer's) in their applicants.
One must also make note that they are a stand alone facility in a declining market and are apparently working from a business model that is now considerably outdated and the financial need may be impacting their ethics.
Just my opinion from personal experience and from my own experience and research with this company.
