Horrible in scheduling appointment. It takes months to get an appointment. We have been visiting this facility for more than 8 years. Doctors are good but scheduling an appointment kills. NO other place really makes one wait so long on appointments.. thinking of changing the provider and I am not recommending my friends anymore Pathetic for appointment schedule.. simply pathetic.. 2 stars for quality doctors

Excellent care from both physicians and staff for the past 16 years for our daughter. I cannot count the times they went above and beyond for us! Highly recommended.

Expect to wait at least an hour and sometimes two, in the waiting room to see any doctor. Plan accordingly. They overbook the doctors, and when people complain, they take them out of order. They severely overschedule. And getting a well or vaccination appointment can take 8 months. It's ridiculous. We've been patients at this practice for 6 years. In the last six months, they have become horrendous. It's an entirely different place. Long waits, rude office staff, nurses who seem harried. I would never recommend this practice now, though our experience with CHOP at their main campus and in King of Prussia Specialty Care has been stellar.

The 2 stars are only because the doctors and nurses do a good job. The administration however is horrible. I have never waited less than one hour. If I try to ask if the front desk could tell me when I would be seen, they would very rudely check for me. Today, they did not check us in correctly and my infant waited over an hour for a flu shot. I only figured this out after another patient overheard them talking about their mistake. Never got an apology from anyone other than the nurse, though it was not her fault. Even after the mistake was realized, we were put at the end of the line of patients. Also during other long waits, I have heard the front desk complain about patients after hanging up the phone. But, today was the last straw, we will be changing doctors. Luckily, Dupont accepts United Healthcare again. Try there before CHOP.

We have been with this primary care for 2 years( since 1 year old) and I would say the overall experience before today can be rated 4 stars. The most of the doctoral are good and the staff are welcome. Except we don't like one specific doctor. She once cause our child bleeding when she picking up the ear wax, and she forgot to tell us in advance that picking up the ear wax is one type of the surgery and can cause us $100, our insurance did not cover it. I But after today, the rate dropped to 1star! We originally had an appointment at 4 pm today. But this morning I got a call from them saying that they need me come early at 2:15pm. I have to leave for the work and go pick up our child at the daycar earlier. Which I can understand. You know, sometime we need to accommodate doctors' busy schedule. By the time we went there at 2:00pm, the door was closed and a paper sign sticker to the door saying that the center was closed due to the outage. WTF, you don't even have the courtesy to make a phone call. We also saw another parent were pissed off and left a notice on their door.( which I took a picture). Fine, we are going home! In the next two hours, I was trying to make a new appointment but it was all voicemessage. I guess ther was nobody by the phone. If you read through this review and I believe that you will totally agree with me.
