  The B&B is very beautiful, clean and comfortable. The hosts are warm, nice people, and go out of their way to help you and make you feel welcome. Breakfast is delicious and nutritious.

  Excellent b&b, well maintained room and facilities, free parking, the hosts give good tips on travel. Trolley line 13 is at the corner, 20 mins to downtown philly.

  The owners are so friendly and obviously care greatly that you enjoy your stay. Home-cooked breakfast each morning (that was really, REALLY good), and it was just nice to meet other travelers and hear their stories for what brought them in to Philly. Biggest bonus - right across the street is the pick up for the #13 trolley, which takes you right in to center city! We left our car in The Gables' lot all four days we were here.

  Very good! The breakfast was delicious each day of our stay. They accommodated an early departure day and served our breakfast early. They had a pantry with snacks and beverages. Our room was the Country Willow and was decorated nicely. The Queen size bed was comfortable with adjoining bathroom. The hosts were gracious and helpful. I highly recommend staying here while in Philadelphia.

  Amazing hospitality and overall experience. Cezar and Ricky go the extra mile to make their guests feel like they are at home and the proximity to downtown Philadelphia makes this an ideal location for your stay in Philadelphia.

  I haven't actually stayed here YET, but I ran into a personal issue and had to cancel and the owner, Cesar, was super nice and helpful. Good customer service is important. Will be booking here again, definitely!

  My wife and I visited with my 10 month old son for our anniversary. Absolutely wonderful experience and stunning home! From Check In to Check Out the service was 5 stars. Ammenities are everything you would expect, not to mention the complimentary snack pantry!
  Very clean and well maintained.
  
  For our anniversary they surprised us with flowers and champagne.
  
  Location was in a nice quiet part of town and the trolley literally stops infont of the B&B.
  
  WE WILL BE BACK!

  Beautiful place, cozy, comfortable beds, very clean. I felt like home immediately. The host was amazing, friendly and did everything he could do make me feel comfortable.
