Thank you for your help today. After wasting a day with my GP (they did not even change my bandage) I was told to contact wound care for my burn. I could not get an appointment with them for 6 days. Urgent care changed my bandage, gave me a prescription for a sling, and told me to come back on Saturday for a fresh bandage and burn check while waiting for my other appointment. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable , professional treatment. I am grateful!

I was very pleased with my experience at the Creekside Collier Urgent Care. Upon entering, I was greeted with a warm smile and welcoming waiting area which is what I needed based on the way I was feeling. I was very surprised how quickly I was able to see the doctor based on how busy the clinic was. When I did, he asked relevant questions and did appropriate tests based on my symptoms. I highly recommend this urgent care!!!!

My family and I would like to give Collier Urgent Care the best review possible. My son recently had a concussion and was symptomatic from a football game. Collier Urgent Care immediately got my son in, ordered imaging , reviewed and found a way to get him into a neurologist with a speedy referral. They also advised him of what to do and not to do and what to expect.Dr. Abood and Dr. Kim are truly experts in immediate care, diagnosing injuries, imaging review, and follow-up. My son was truly in good hands and Collier Urgent Care went over and above a typical quick urgent care visit that we have experienced in other cities urgent cares. Dr. Kim spent a lot of time with my son and made sure we understood the seriousness of head injuries and proper follow up. Thank Dr. Kim and Dr. Abood for taking care of my son Jack!

I took my 3 year old here after we suspected he broke his leg. All the staff from the receptionists to nurses to doctor were professional, courteous, and made us feel like they cared. The service was fast and we felt like our son was in experienced hands. The final bill was very fair and as such, based upon all these variables, I would recommend this urgent care to anyone.

My son and daughter were both been seen at Collier Urgent care and I am more then happy with the entire experience. The staff are very knowledgeable and extremely nice, especially with kids.

I have been seen and treated as a patient here multiple times, as well as my family members. Every experience is exceptional; from the front desk staff to the nurses and the doctors. I couldn't have asked for better care and service. If you are need of urgent care services I HIGHLY recommend Collier Urgent Care Centers!

Just had my first visit today. Staff was efficient and cordial. When called back by nurse Jim, his clipped demeanor made me question my choice of facilities. I was surprised no temperature or blood pressure was taken. After a couple short questions, out he went. But what a pleasant experience I had with Dr Williams. She was energized, a good listener, resistant to prescribe antibiotics, and looked for alternatives. If I was a full-time resident of Naples, she would be an excellent primary care provider.
