After the lease was signed they cancelled cable and took away a bunch of perks from their website. Offered the "highest speed internet available" as an upgrade yet my internet goes out 4 or 5 times a day and even when it works it's slow. Put in service requests 2 weeks ago and they haven't been fixed yet, emailed the office and they haven't responded or done anything to fix any of these problems. DO NOT SIGN HERE.

Sink was broken when we moved in. Called about it and they wouldn't fix it until the next week. Our washer broke. Ordered a new one and apparently the outlets were broken as well. Oh, and get this the MAINTENANCE GUYS USED OUR BATHROOM. My roommate came home early and caught them. Unbelievable that we have to lock our doors just to keep the workers out of our rooms. We also had ants when we moved in, something they refused to address. They were always snippy whenever we call them for something. The beds were dirty when I moved in. I'm absolutely furious. I'd move anywhere else right now if I could.

I signed up to live here and before I even moved in, they lost my roommate and I's lease 3 different times. Fast forward to move in, our unit was filthy even though they claimed they had been cleaned thoroughly. We had problems with our dryer for the entire length of our lease, although the maintenance staff was quick to handle service requests and always very friendly. Parking spaces are extremely tight and the lot is nearly always full. Don't even think about having a friend over during the week because the "visitor" parking lot is very small compared to how large the complex is. They don't tow on the weekends, but this can create problems for residents to find spots. There is no night time security on the complex and the only way to get ahold of anyone is an emergency maintainace number. My roommates and I had many sleepless nights between parties held by our neighbors during the fall/winter/spring to people yelling and playing loud music in the pool during the summer until 4 and 5 in the morning, despite the pool hours being 10am to 9pm. This doesn't matter though because the gate to the pool is never locked so anyone from anywhere can just walk up and use the pool. The shuttle bus advertised as a perk of signing hasn't been operational for most of the time of our lease (August 2016 to July 2017). College Station difinetly isn't the worst place to live, but it's not nearly the best either and these bad experiences have soured my opinion overall. I would not recommend living here if you can avoid it. There are places you can live that are just as nice or nicer that you can get at a similar price point or cheaper.

Let me tell you about my experience with college station. First of all, the office incompetent in every way possible. Second, I received a notice on my door for smoking marijuana in my apartment and neither myself or roommate was even here that weekend, they also threatened eviction. Which from what I've heard from other residents, they love to hand out these letters whether it's you breaking the law or not. 3rd and most important, ask them about their faulty fire alarm that goes off in the middle night. Ask them how many times the fire department is called to the building. I have had to get up in the middle of the night probably 5-6 times and go out into the freezing cold and wait for the issue to be resolved. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I should also mention how my neighbors throw beer bottles and cans everywhere, I once woke up and found my neighbor pissing off his balcony. I will be going into the office to voice my concerns tomorrow and after that I will be looking for a new apartment complex.

I took over a sublease for another person at the apartment. We worked through the lease agreement with the office staff which were not competent in their roles. One was unable to read my bank statement and the other who created the lease put down the incorrect rent ($60.00) more a month. After a complete check of the lease and us signing everything, I thought that it would be smooth sailing from there. However, two months later I receive a letter brought to my door by a maintenance person. When I asked what it was about, he could give me no information. I opened it while he was there and it was an eviction notice for a lack of payments (at this time I was two months ahead on rent). I had to go to the office and was told that "I would have to come up with the money or take care of it". I ended up contacting a manager and found out that it was their system that had made the mistake. If I would not have challenged them I would have had to pay $400.00 that they already had. It has been very frustrating living at a place that cannot seem to manage money or are respectful to the people living in the apartments.

Also, there have been multiple mornings that I have gone outside to find broken beer bottles and food all over the sidewalks. Last week there was a grocery cart in the main area. I am looking forward to my lease expiring and going elsewhere.

I don't care what anyone says. They are terrible. I got two warning letters about having a dog in my apartment when I didn't and got a threat of eviction. I got a new car and asked for a new parking pass and they refused to give me one and said I should just park in the front of the complex in the visitor lot when my apartment is in the very back of the second building. The pool is filthy and filled with bugs. And to top it off, they charged me for cleaning and move in fees but never came and cleaned my apartment/bedroom and bathroom before I moved in. Its almost the end of second semester and they still have yet to come in and clean the stained floors and carpets.

too far from campus. not the best area to live if you do not have a car. Mail sits outside your door because the office do take packages. I don't trust that. I don't want my packages to to be stolen. so I have to do extra to get my packages which is hard if you don't have a car.
other then that it's a nice place to live and they have events area the area like in the pool and the parking lot. so far everything has been included it the rent.

If you are looking for affordable student housing that truly cares about its residents, look no further! You've found your place :) After looking at countless apartments on and off campus, I took the College Station tour and knew this was the place to live. Prior to moving in, the leasing office gives you ALL the information you'll need: there are no surprises. The apartments are affordable and most have been newly renovated. Rent includes all utilities and fully furnished apartments AND you get your own bathroom! What more could you ask for? There is a cap on electric, but it's super hard to go over. The maintenance staff is also great. If you put in a work order, it's usually fixed that day or the next morning. With events throughout the year, you get to meet your neighbors and others who are living there. There is free tanning, free fitness center, free business center with printers, a pool, sand volleyball court, and more! I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. The leasing staff is always available and is very easy to reach and are all super nice and helpful. This was the greatest experience I could've asked for when living in my first apartment :) If you don't know who you want to live with, they also have roommate matching options! If you're looking for your first apartment or your last, do not overlook college station. You'll find the price is impossible to pass up and the amenities and staff are just added pluses! This is the place to live :)
