  I ordered a pair of the crocback stipled grips for my Kimber K6S and I was very pleased! These far surpassed my expectations. Definitely worth the money. Mine were not in stock so they had to be made which was no problem as I was given the option to wait or get a refund. I decided to wait and I'm so glad I did! I will be upgrading all my handguns grips that I can. If you have any doubts don't! They stand behind their product and I do too now. The proof is in the pudding!

  Ordered a set of rosewood grips, it would take between 1 to 4 weeks. Doug asked if I would like the walnut grips as they were in stock. Me personally I like walnut, so I said yes. Two days later I had them on my gun. Great working with them.

  Went to location in thomasboro, cause I live around location no entrance to building and intercom button I had to press and cannot order on site must be done and pay s&h will be ordering grips for my j frame and 1911 somewhere else

  One of the grips fit and the other didn't. Doug wanted me to use a flat head screw driver and do something to a hole on the grip and see if that would fix it. This was a birthday gift from my wife. I told her to just get the money back. I didn't see the need to fix something that was sold as a item that would work out of the box. My wife was told by Doug that we get to pay for return shipping even though the website said if a customer is not happy they will pay. Just bad service. Would have been nice to have a product that worked or tried to make it right. Its just 2 pistol grips for a very common ruger pistol.

  I order a set of the EGA grips in silver/black for a 1911 I was assembling for my father. The company actually called the next day to verify if the gun had an ambi-safety prior to shipping because they wanted to make sure I received grips that would properly fit. I received the grips and the craftsmanship of the EGA grips is phenomenal. The eagle is holding the Semper Fi banner that is lacking on most EGA grips!The quality of the grips and the customer service is second to none! If you are looking for an amazing set of grips for a sidearm, Altamont Company is definitely the company to purchase them from. Thank you Altamont Co. for the phenomenal grips and service!!
