The facility was both nice and efficient. The same day surgery staff were incredibly nice and attentive.

In Sept I came to this emergency room with possible miscarriage arrived around 1ish and left about 6pm and was told that they saw no movement of the baby but to just go home and rest and see my dr on Tuesday while I was at the hosp I was losing a good amount of blood and I told them that but just told to go home and rest so I went home soon as I got home I started loosing more and more blood so I called my ob dr who is in with the coliseum and was directed to get back to the emergency room ASAP so we did arrived back at the emergency room my mother told the front staff what the dr advised us to tell the er and they told her that they were busy and I would just have to wait I am sitting in the er loosing so much blood and having doubled over cramps/contractions of loosing my baby the lady who took my blood felt so bad for me gave me a blanket to sit on the triage doctor kept telling them in the back to take me but nothing the er nurse finally around midnight felt so bad for me when the pediatric part of the er closed she took me back and let me lay down in a bed.i was loosing huge huge amounts of blood. I know this is way to much information for this post but every few minutes my mother was taking me to the er bathroom to clean me up and in the process she was having to clean the restroom bc I was bleeding so much.. finally one time she went and told them to go clean it..i was covered in blood from head to toe siting in your emergency room loosing my first child and it was not important and no treated as an emergency when my ob dr got to me around 730 am/ 8 am she kept apologizing for y’all treating me this was and how it was not handled properly she was the dr on call for my ob even your ob floor nurses were shocked but when I went to my actual dr for follow up he was so upset and kept apologizing and advised me that is not how it should have been handled..(I arrived back at the er around 7ih/8ishpm and was not seen by actual er dr for exam around 6am (ish) I am so upset of how I was treated in the ER I would never go back

A very close friend of mine was admitted to this hospital, and All The Doctors and Nurses went out of their way and gave us every thing we needed, I cant call all or any of these people by name, but they will all know who this is.

This is room 511 and you all will be happy to know that I'm sending this from SC, Thank you all for everything.

Love each and everyone of you!!!

I am really amazed that this facility have received anything less that 4 or 5 star reviews! My family and I have received nothing but 5 star service from the doctors, nurses, and other staff in all my experiences. In 2013, my wife experienced a postpartum hemorrhage losing half of her blood. The LD nurses protocol was life saving! My wife would not be here today if it wasn't for the Coliseum staff. Fast forward to this weekend, and we are still satisfied after a visit to the ER with my father in law. He unknowingly was experiencing a dangerous middle aortic aneurysm! The ER doctor discovered it and emergency surgery was conducted. He spent one night in CVICU with exceptional 5 star care! The whole staff from the ER all the way to his regular room was 5 star quality!

Worst hospital ever!!! My mother had surgery And the 4 west night nurses treated her with so much disrespect that it's rediculous. Ciara, David and the other nurse with the funny name that starts with a "C" , that works over night are very disrespectful. They called my mother names and hid her call light so she couldn't call anyone. She was in tears by The time I got there at 8 that morning. The Coliseum can thank them for the lawsuit!!!

My nurse was great, my doctor was crappy as hell. I came in with pain in the breast and arm. They jump on a PE bandwagon, don't look at my arm or breast. Wasted my time and my damn money. The doctor didn't do no exam, I wasn't told to change out of my clothes. The ER has major issues, and it's really said that the person who answers the call bell has an attitude issue, nobody told her azz to keep a job she don't like. I will never come here again.

The staff at CMC, work good with those who have addiction and behavior problems. The place is clean and I enjoyed everything about it.

I came in with difficulty breathing. I have applied for disability but am currently unemployed and uninsured. The staff treated me efficiently and with respect even though I made it clear I cannot pay.

My mother is still sitting in the waiting room of the ER waiting to be seen. She has been there since approximately 4:15 pm. She was complaining of chest and breathing problems she thought could be caused by gas. She has a pacemaker but they did an EKG and it was good..duh. they have taken her vitals all supposedly good as wellthey have done a urine sample.and drew blood and did a chest xray. All of this happened within the first hour and a half , She is now waiting on a room or for someone to at least tell her something ..I mean really. I understand that they are busy .. But perhaps they need to start diverting patients to the other major hospital ER if they can't manage to see patients who have been waiting for HOURS!!!!!
