As I'm sitting with my kid waiting for x-rays o come back, we notice the on an across the hall. She seems to be a meth head and is rolling around in pain on her gurney. She is vomiting into a bag. The come in and tell her she can leave. An orderly comes I the room and shuts the curtain for less than 5 seconds. He does not change the sheets or anything. I noticed. To mi Utes later they bring in another patient and put her on the dirty sheets!!!!!! I said something and they got offended. The orderly literally said to me that he didn't change it because she didn't use it. I told him she in fact did use it. They left that other woman on them anyway. I am so disgusted.

Visited the ER here twice in less than two weeks, was admitted the second time. 11/06/2017 The nurses & doctors here are some of the most caring, kindest, thorough, understanding people I have ever met working at this facility. They went above & beyond to take care of me & my families needs. They ran every test possible to diagnose & treat my illnesses. ER & radiology staff were outstanding & amazing (thank you ladies!!) It was never my hospital of choice back when it was known as hutcheson, but since reopening the place & medical staff has changed & improved dramatically. I can't say enough good things about the medical staff & facility or how much I appreciate them all, thank you so much!! 👍❤️🙂 #ER Dr Miranda, nurse Carrie, the lab technician's, 3rd floor nurses & radiology staff, you all were AMAZING!!!!

Normally it's a good place to go, but today it doesn't even deserve one star. My husband asked to see a doctor instead of a PA this time, so when they sent a PA in, i asked to see a doctor. She got an attitude and stormed off. Then after he saw the doctor, they made us wait forever to be discharged. Probably because i made the PA mad. Oh well. She really needs to be more professional!

Worst Emergency room I have ever been too. Was in a lot of pain because I had fallen off of a ladder from painting my grandmother's house and I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. The dr was so rude. I had went straight to the ER and had a little paint on me and the dr said "well we will just have to change these sheets after you are off of them." I couldn't believe his attitude. Here he had a patient in a lot of pain and did not have one bit of concern for them. He should not be a dr if he doesn't care about people.

Was admitted here for a few days, these people must be the most caring, thoughtful and nicest people on the face of the Earth. They are attentive, understanding and all around a joy to have take care of you during your stay. I wish I could rate higher! You guys rock!

Came in due to shoulder pain. Felt it was a torn rotator cuff..which in the end it was. But right when I got in everything was going smoothly. But once the doctor came to check me out ..he just asked questions and did not touch my shoulder or look at it even once! Immediately after 20 seconds or so of me talking to him..he states he wants x rays because he thinks I "look fine" but he wants to make sure. So they come back and sure enough I have tore my rotator cuff. Service okay..doctor not so much.

Food is barely edible luke warm at best mostly cold. Bread is always soggy. Beds have mattresses that are lumpy and do not fit the beds. Remote control on beds work spoaticly equipment in therapy room is very limited. If your needing rehab due to back issues stay away. Very disorganized in day to day operations.

Do go here unless you want to die. My grandmother went with fluid around her heart and they sent her to a nursing home. She was ready to die! Couldn't breathe, they then overdosed her on potassium and when she had to go back to the hospital, the family chose a different one and they drained the fluid and she is back! I can't believe the difference when the doctors know what they're doing. She sounds like a new woman and is alive! Stay away from cornerstone/hutcheson medical centers! Especially Dr. Dant!

the emergency room does not know how to put a proper splints on(especially) a toddler. I researched how often children come in the ER with fractures and 93% of the time children get skin graphs, sores, etc from splints. they set an appointment for a week after it happened when he is suppose to see a specialist within 2 days. I really wish I would've done my research and I have heard nothing but terrible things about this place. I'm highly disappointed my child was taken there and it will never happen again. also, had him in a room with a few very sick children and some with masks on the face. seriously? if you do take your child make sure they at least put padding between the splint and your leg. I'm still not even sure if the lady that put it on was a nurse(because she resided in an assistant/office position.

I have had to come to the Cornerstone ER twice since September 2016 for a severe asthma attack. Both times I was taken straight back to a room and given immediate and thorough care. The doctors, nurses, and respiratory tech took the time to listen to me and give me the care I needed to get opened back up and breathing as well as I can with my severe asthma condition.
