Went in to buy a chainsaw. Had a guy guide me through the whole process. Asked me what my needs were and made a proper recommendation. Then instructed me how to use this particular model and how to care for it. They carry Stihl products, which many believe to be the best brand.

Not sure why this place has mixed reviews, I recently purchased a Case 1840, my 1st piece of heavy equipment I'm a novice, I have been here 2 times & spent $500+ on maintenance on the machine. They are very helpful, they are nice & answer all my dumb questions they actually help carry your stuff out to you truck! Top notch service if you ask me!

I have had my Kubota BX2200 worked on at Coleman and I am very satisfied at the quality and speed with which the work was done (steering cylinder, hoses, hydraulic oil change). The parts people have always been friendly and helpful.

I have had multiple experiences with the service department and they have always been good to work with. I'm not sure how other people can complain about their hourly rate, if you don't like it go somewhere else.

They sent me a different product than what I ordered. I called and spoke with Lee in customer service and his attitude was sorry but that is what our records show you ordered. We don't want it back and we won't be sending what you thought you ordered unless you want to pay again. I will never purchase from this company again based on that service.

I've ordered parts for my Kubota tractor several times from Coleman. Their website is easy to use, the prices are fair, and the deliveries are very prompt. I live in Colorado but find their online service to be much better than other dealers.

On line service is great!! After reading some of the other reviews, I was hesitate about ordering from this company, boy were the reviews WRONG! I had wonderful service from Richard Krantz and Bob Barker. I will be ordering more parts from Coleman's.
